[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and had it installed. I ran my first load right away and I love this machine. Doesn't take up much room and is very quiet.

I was super excited to use this machine, first time using a load of towels, the spin cycle was so loud and shook to the point it was moving on the floor. So disappointed in something that cost thousands of dollars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is awful. I have had problems with both washer and dryer washer doesn’t go through full cycle. Blinks U 5 every wash. Clothes do not rinse.

We bought the stacked washer and drawer early July 2024. After the resolution of the repeated error code, the washer/dryer combo is operating wonderfully.

2 years into this combo unit and it leaks already! 1 year warranty is a complete sham. I really wanted to like this product, now it’s probably an expensive fix or another new unit in2 years. Sad!
