AWESOME FEATURES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clothes come out cleaner than previous washer/dryer. Love the app LG ThinQ. It notifies me when the washer or dryer is finished. Also, love the sleek all-in-one look of the Washtower system.

No heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has been repaired twice in 2 years and 5 months. Same problem. Dryer stops heating and won't dry. Will never buy another LG product.

Nice Unit

The stackable unit has worked out nicely for us. Both washer and dryer work very well. The one issue I had turned out to be a problem with my valve, not the unit. One suggestion might be to make the doors reversible.

Great machine!

Washer/Dryer combo stack

Appliance works fabulous! But setting up and using the app is for an iOS device is nearly impossible. The product instructions are not capable of communicating with Americans apparently. I give the appliance 5 stars and the app a ZERO !

Excellent

Best washer/dryer I’ve ever owned; had them for years now! If I were to change anything about them would be to extend the drawer to make it easier to pour bleach in; overall I would be them again in a heartbeat!
