[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased, in general, with this combo. My only dislike is that it does not have enough non wi-fi options. I a sensitive to elecrtro-magnetic frequencies and do not use wi-fi. I use an ethernet connection which is just as fast and safer too. I don't want to have to download an additional option. The cycles seems too long for most normal settings. On the plus side, it is quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with our laundry center. The LG large capacity is a very good solution to our small space. If fact, all of our friends are so impressed & some have replaced their old laundry centers with LG

Great unit. little problem with the mother board after 2 years but LG was awesome in resolving this issue with prompt and VERY knowledgeable service! done in less than a day. Unit works great and no issues at all with the washer. would 100% buy this again from LG. Seems all my LG equipment has good quality. Something very hard to find these day!

Purchased and installed a week ago. After running three loads over that time, today the washer quit mid cycle and will not power back on. The dryer panel works fine, but washer panel is dead. Called support, best advice was to unplug and hope for a reset. No luck. Washer panel is DEAD, DARK. We liked the size and looks of the tower. Very disappointed as I write this. Just noticed other review posted a couple hours ago, same issue. Sounds like a control panel issue. Waiting for call back from a LG tech.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the tower 1 month ago. My clothes are come out much better than before (I had an old agitator machine). I love the wifi connectivity through ThinQ. Great looks. Easy access to controls as the dryer controls are reachable and not 6 feet above ground!

When I choose the small load option it will set to 30 minutes. However after about 2 minutes it shuts off. I read something about the dryer sensor can not sense the small amount of clothes or something like that. In the manual it says the small load option is for up to 3 items. Well then what is the point of the small load option if you need to fill up the dryer with more items for the sensor to work?! Also I haven't been able to get the wifi feature to work. The washtower looks good but for the cost I am not overly impressed with this unit so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this washer/dryer combo but 1 month in this unit exceeds those expectations. From the quiet operation, to the integrated app with specialty settings and the AI that hasn't once left a load to wet or not clean enough. Everything about this unit is A+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to slim down the limited resources in my laundry room. First, it’s beautiful. Second, it’s quiet. Third, it’s efficient and works like a charm. I just love love love it! I love all the different wash and dry types, I love the downloadable types. I love it all. This is how all laundry should be! And it washes about the same size as my full size unit. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this after searching numerous places for a full size washer and dryer combo. We were limited on space and it had to be quiet because it’s in a hallway with no doors. This LG model was perfect. We love how quiet it is and it does a great job cleaning. Can even operate it from your phone. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a full size but have limited space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/dryer combo over a month ago and I am extremely pleased with it! I live in a condo where there is limited space under the stairs for a washer/dryer combo. After measuring over 20 times and removing the door to the room, I knew that my old school stackable would be counting down its’ days. I went from breaking up my laundry loads to wash in the small top load washer, to now being able to wash a single load. By the way, my KING SIZE comforter fits too! This unit is silent, sleek, and superb! I absolutely love this unit and would recommend it to anyone who has a limited amount of space for laundry. We no longer have to sacrifice an updated design for the outdated look of the past.
