Thought I'd give samsung another chance, if this one dies after the warrenty expires, I will never buy another samsung tv ever. The icing on the cake, the new remote is the opposite of user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great television. Loaded apps fast. Beautiful picture. Very easy to use. I love the Samsung channels. I would get an extended warranty on it. Screen started to go out fast. I expected a better life for more expensive products but this one REALLY disappointed me in the longevity category. As hard as it is to oder, handle and mount these televisions they need to last longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung TV was a great purchase for me. I was looking for a smaller TV to fit in a cabinet and this was just right. Great picture with vivid colors. It was easy to connect, even for this nontechy boomer!

I don't actually watch TV that often. I use mine as big computer screen. I love the quality of streaming programs and podcasts. The only negative I have is that the TV disconnects from my computer when the computer goes into sleep mode. Sometimes I have to shut the computer down and reboot before the TV reconnects to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv was very easy to set up once you enroll on the Samsung web site. I had a picture within 10 minutes. Picture is clear. I only watch this tv for several hours , in bed at night. The remote is hard to use , instructions are not clear and I can't figure out how to setup the main screen. I am a senior and this remote is not friendly, nor are the instructions, hence the 4 stars.

The crisp, bright, and beautiful resolution of this TV was the best I've seen in a long time. No. Now mind you we've only purchased vizio brand tvs but I went be going back to them.

The tv brightness is perfect for sunny days. Software is smooth I previous had a 6000 series which I found to be a bit slow. The 8000 did not fail me. Also works great with my switch
