You get what you pay for

I don’t care for the newer style of remote. So I buy replacements that have more controls on them. Picture is ok but dark at the corners. I expected consistency. I needed this size for a specific application but realized too late (after mounting) that with this tiny bezel I could have gone up one size. The sound quality is better than expected for a thin TV. Overall for the price it is fine.

To complex to use for antenna TV viewing

This TV was to replace an earlier model Samsung TV. The TV is to complex for just normal TV watching. We typically watch the same channel most of the time. It takes too many steps to turn the TV on and just get to the station we normally watch. The remote does not easily let you get to the antenna station that you want to watch. The TV is not very responsive to the remote. If it wasn't for the fact that the older Samsung doesn't have wifi capability, I'd be returning this new TV.

Connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can not connect to normal l cable channels in my area for which I pay large monthly bill. Spoke with your help line and we still can't receive the cable stations such as CNN, MSNOW, TMC, ABC, CBS, FOX, etc. which we receive on our other TVs in other rooms of our home. We receive many Samsung channels. We have tried to connect for several months with no resolution. We are very unhappy with this television.
