[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely amazing TV. The clarity, brightness and esthetics, are crystal. The sound is awesome. We RARELY have to go above even half way to full volume. Setup couldn't be easier. Modifying the settings for a more personalized experience is so easy. Since we are a "samsung household", all of our phones are samsungs as well and integrate with the television smoothly and quickly. We can't wait until we can get the sound bar and surround setup for a more theatrical, immersion experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 43 Inch Crystal UHD has been Amazing! The brightness with the picture and anesthetics are very rich in color and display wonderful in quality especially for watching sports and connectivity with my internet to stream content has been great and very easy to set up with great security for all my passwords and using the internet. The picture resolution was a major upgrade for me both vibrant and especially shows with gaming. The experience in owning this tv has been great and i would recommend and the sound quality is a wonderful upgrade from previous models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall quality of this TV is superb the only reason why I gave it a four is because the menu and how to navigate through different things it's a bit confusing and takes some time to really understand it aside from that I have no complaints I wouldn't even really consider that one a complaint but it would be easier if there wasn't so many steps to get to another for simple tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this TV replaced a not so good one definitely not Smart TV or 4K everything with it colors contrast and I love that it actually works with our internet Samsung TV preloaded in apps and everything are super easy really easy to refresh it and I love that it gives me a prompt when it needs to be updated it's absolutely the best one I've had so far the style the shape the size everything is perfectly fit into our life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the television plays fine I wish it was brighter during darker scenes though I did have to have the screen least once then it has played but still the brightness could be better during darker scenes it also often exhibits connectivity issues even though my Wi-Fi is strong and it's close to the router

We only use it with the apps installed into it so they use Internet only and quite a little internet they use. We watch TV all day it looks crystal clear and they last a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 100% satisfied with the functionality of this TV. It is very bright and have great streaming quality. I don't regret buying this TV at all and I greatly recommend it to anyone considering buying it.

After 2 months of owning the TV, a random vertical green line appeared down the center with a horizontal black line running across. Working with Samsung was awful and took over 2 months after approval to get a replacement. Their exchange process is awful and takes a long time since they take your device and make you wait 2 week+ before you are able to get a replacement. I wish we had gone with a different brand.
