Brightness is good responsiveness is ok but not good. The things that I don't like are the voice assistant keeps turning itself back on tge game dashboard is hard to find to TURN IT OFF and samsung updates messed up my samsung soundbar have to hard rest every other day to get it to connect to my tv all the time since that stupid update. Movies any where will not play in 4k only on this TV. Xfinity stream app doesn't fit screen and its been like this since 2024 on all samsung tvs. They don't care to fix the aspect format so everyone is stretched out and tall for old tv shows. I think samsung really doesn't care

I hate how it just starts playing audio from the built in channels. Sometimes its very loud and wakes people up. I would much rather prefer the audio is muted when the TV is first turned on. The TV takes a lot longer to load than my previous model Samsung. It's lacking some of the convenient features my previous model had. My older model worked with my ROKU remote, so I could use the 1/8" headphone jack for headphones and carry around the remote. Navigating through the HDMI inputs is a real pain. Some unnecessary buttons on the remote result in constant interruptions during playback while the TV is loading some feature that nobody wants.

Would be ok if I could default to that and not Samsung stuff. It often takes multiple attempts to get it where I want. Not user friendly! If I could I’d return it and get another brand!

The brightness is more than enough for my living room, and the contrast helps darker scenes look better without losing detail. I also noticed the screen has good uniformity, so the picture looks consistent across the entire display without distracting bright or dark spots. It was easy to set up, and the menus are simple enough that I didn't have to spend a lot of time figuring everything out. The TV feels responsive, with apps loading quickly and switching between them without much delay. I was also pleasantly surprised by the upscaling, since older shows and lower-resolution content look sharper and cleaner than I expected. The sound is decent on its own, but like most newer TVs, adding a soundbar makes it even better if you want a more theater-like experience. Overall, I think this is a great value for the money. It has a sharp picture, works well, and does exactly what I was looking for without being overly complicated. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a good, reliable 43-inch smart TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 50” for my bedroom because I had just got a Samsung qled for the living room and was super-impressed. I love how Samsung uses SmartThings so I don’t have remotes all over the place. I’m older so sometimes I become a deer in headlights with new technology. But these tv’s are very easy to use. Set up was easy. Image quality is exceptional. I used to avoid watching sports at home, and now I love it. I have even been going back and re-watching my favorite movies. I have even gotten rid of my external tv devices: These TVs just streamline everything. I have other brands at work, but if I ever need to replace them I’d definitely go with Samsung.

I have frequent not requested channel hanges. If I watching cable TV, sometimes the TV will go to Samsung TV. Changing back to cable TV becomes very difficult. Rentering cable TV viA ion does nt always change back to my cable channels. I various methods but return is difficult. Most time power down and restart must be done but this does always work. I find it very difficult to navigate the Samsung TV to find likeable programs. Very, very frustrating.

Great picture quality, especially if you bump up the colors. Impressive HDR gaming with a console or PC. The beautiful picture quality and great motion handling with fast response times make for a great gaming experience. Also great for PC use because of low input lag and responsiveness. Sound is great, you don't even need a soundbar because it's so loud and clear while volume is set less than 25%.

This is my 5th Samsung TV and I've loved them all. My only recommendation would be to restore the old remote as the new style remote is too small to read and lacks all the features of my other Samsung TV remotes. The picture is much improved as are all the new Samsung products.
