Some people seem to have a problem with the bightnesd No issue for me but it is in a prime location. I will say I noticed that it is up to the max however in settings as long as it stays at this level it is working good .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slim design is very aesthetically pleasing. Connectivity and set up is fast and easy. Unlike the older samsung tv's, when you turn it on it doesn't take forever to respond to what you want to do. The settings for brightness and clarity and the 4k resolution are satisfactory.

After 2 months of owning the TV, a random vertical green line appeared down the center with a horizontal black line running across. Working with Samsung was awful and took over 2 months after approval to get a replacement. Their exchange process is awful and takes a long time since they take your device and make you wait 2 week+ before you are able to get a replacement. I wish we had gone with a different brand.

The remote controls, doesnt have numbers etc on it, I find that a bit distracting when having to user on board keys to enter numbers! No refresh issues! All in all a very good tv for the money!

For me the best feature is the video game mode with Xbox built in, no console required. My video games have never looked this good. I was able to use game controllers that I already owned, they easily paired with the TV.
