Problem is the remote is too small and touchy, the mute same button as up/down volume is a bad choice, keep muting when only want to change volume. The remote only for on/off function some computer screens aggravating if using a PC. The menu on TV is frustrating to use and navigate. I can only say that someone over thought these products. Changing TV input frustrating to navigate to. Think Roku, keep it simple and adjust the remote so that each time you pick it up or put it down the buttons are not pressed and TV mute or changes. That NEVER happens with Roku type remote or the larger 3rd party remotes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the TV is great for the most part love the resolution love the price love Samsung TV all the channels you get with that for free is totally crazy my only complaint is there doesn't seem to be enough computing power to get apps open quickly as I use my TV for all of my apps also there have been a few hiccups with not connecting to Wi-Fi when my Wi-Fi was on and functioning overall I love Samsung I'll always buy Samsung would highly recommend

I did move that other tv into the bedroom. so, all is not waste. The clarity really meets expectations. the smart features work with my Samsung phone. That made it easy to set up. My old TV was not bright enough during the afternoon but this one works great. Outdoor TV's are much more expensive so the price for this TV is well worth it. I have been buying Samsung TV's for years and will continue to buy them in the future.

Wow! I'm enjoying my Samsung 50" Smart TV each and everyday. I initially thought 50" would be to large, but really isn't. The 4K clarity is much better than 1080p. The screen is much bright and vibrant and the contrast is great. Sometimes the remote can be a little slow to respond. I do like the slim design of the remote.

You can search and find, but not on the home screen. Also, occasionally have to turn off/on the sound bar so things re-sync together. I keep expecting a software update to fix this, but has not happened.
