[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had 4 issues in 3 months of owning this tv. The IR receiver went out and couldn't use the remote. Then the tv stopped connecting to SmartThings. TV was serviced and 3 weeks later the IR receiver stopped working again. A week after that, the screen went black and only sound was coming out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love that my tv and phone are connected. The picture is wonderful. I lost my remote shortly after purchasing but use my phone as the remote. I will purchase Samsung products for the rest of my life.

I have excellent wifi for my home, however only this TV constantly lags, loses connection, and freezes. The audio connectivity is awful, even with a compatible Samsung Q-Series sound system. Not user friendly, not easily accessible, and even on sale was expensive. Highly disappointed, the 2 stars is because the picture quality met expectations.

The picture is so clear and vibrant it's unreal it's like I'm looking at a portrait inside my television with live animation.My goodness when I hook up my play station 4 to it my friends think it's a NFL game live. I recommend it should have won some type of award for the picture quality..It's is a smart tv because it's smarter than me. I cuts it onto and it will adjust to the room lighting. I recommend anyone to check it out you will not regret it. I have told everyone in my family they should get this product.When I am questioned about it.My answer to them come watch a game with me and play a video game with me. But the tiny remote control is horrible; not easy to use with multiple functions on each button or combination of buttons. Up/down usually skips through multiple selections with one click. No number keypad; with 3000 some channels, an entire day can be wasted trying to get from broadcast channels to Samsung TV+ channels. Easy to cast to from my Samsung phone, but difficult to find where to disconnect other devices that somehow automatically connected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung always delivers a great product out of box with minimal adjusting for my own preferences on the picture settings. UI is one of the easiest to use from my experience. Though I use a sound bar with this TV, the built in speakers are satisfactory for most everything, unless you really just need to feel the earth shake beneath you during those big exciting scenes in the movie your watching or game you're playing. I've been buying Samsung TV for ages now, and I have yet to be disappointed.

I enjoyed the TV early on, but now I'm disappointed because periodically I turn on my provider station and there has often been no sound. I have to unplug the TV from the cable box, plug back in and maybe the sound will come back after one try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and price and the picture color and brightness are great for my place. Sometimes it buffers on certain apps like YouTube and Paramount while TVs in my other room don't. My fiber internet is usually 500MB so not sure why

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice TV, but disappointed we cannot access the speakers simultaneously with the Bluetooth feature for hearing aids. My spouse needs Bluetooth sound output, and I don't, so we don't watch at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no such thing as “too big” thrilled with our 75” and contemplating why I didn't go bigger lol. Perfect smart tv for all our streaming services…quickly accesses all apps. The view is amazing and we haven't even locked in the full experience with 4k YET… large tv fits standing on our entertainment center with the legs that can attached on the inner position. Forget all the cords for added streaming this does it all. We have a fairly small living room but the size is great and fills in the area nicely
