I love Samsung TVs in general.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If im being completely honest I think Samsung has some of the best TVs I love the color, the contrast, the resolution. Everything looks so clear and crisp. If I were to buy another TV it would definitely be another Samsung.

Worst remote,setup and manual ever.

The worst setup, wort remote and worst manual I've ever seen. Looking at the 2987-page manual online for the main HDMI port was impossiable to find. As a senior, we just want plan and simple information and remotes. This is not a simple TV for setup, changing input items or trying to find information in the manual.

Amazing features!

This TV rules the family room!

The colors are bright and beautiful and the speakers make the sound effects and music dominate the room, as it should. Very pleased also with the smart TV aspects and internet though I rarely use them. But it's nice to know they are there in case I just want to watch a show.

Awesome TV for cloud gaming!

Sound is annoying

I have several Samsung TV's. The newest TV I purchased a few months back will not allow me to turn the sound off when I turn the volume up or down. It repeats the channel numbers as I change channels. It is very annoying and confusing. Robert McLeod

Hi Robert, Thank you for your feedback. If your remote isn’t responding, here are a few quick steps to help determine if it’s working correctly: 1. Check the batteries: Remove the back cover of your remote and replace the batteries with a fresh set, ensuring they are inserted in the correct direction. 2. Test for infrared signal: Point the front of the remote at your smartphone camera. While holding down any button, you should see a flashing light through the camera screen. (For iPhone users, the front-facing camera works best.) If you see the light, your remote is working and may need to be re-paired with your TV. 3. Point the remote correctly: Try pointing the remote directly at the TV from about 5-6 feet away. This can help ensure a clearer signal between the remote and the TV. 4. Clean the remote: Gently wipe the top edge of the remote (where the infrared sensor is located) with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris that could interfere with functionality. Great TV

Great TV for my room. I Love the free apps that let me listen to music and watch free shows. Image quality is perfect as well as the design of the TV and the remote, picture is Cristal clear and bright and connect to my phone and wifi easily. Excellent resolution and as with all my Samsung devices security is top of the line.

OLED TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our 85" OLED tv! Having the ability to have presets for gaming, movies, and tv shows is awesome. The quality and picture is sharp and crispy. Being able to use our phones as remotes is super convenient, as well as screen sharing and Bluetoothing videos and music to it. Its been one of favorite Samsung products for sure.
