[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system is high quality and the network and Samsung tools are nice. The remote is cool, but not intuitive and hard for my elderly father to use. There should be an easier way to set up a default Roku or Firestick instead of having to navigate through the Samsung tools.

This TV has definitely improved my life because it can be accessed at need to be a secondary screen, cast items from my phone to look at in spectacular color and detail. I very much recommend it.

Would take up to 5 minutes to get to a program after turning on.When using a streaming services(I don't use cable anymore) it would also take excessive time to load, and would frequently be kicked back to Samsung plus.requiring a restart of whichever service I was watching.It could take a 1/2 hour or more to see 10 minutes of a program. I am laying these problems out to show that I was very happy with the TV until this happened.so when I purchased a replacement I got another Samsung. This one was a step up in size.I trust the Samsung name. I possess several other Samsung products and am totally satisfied with them.(refrigerator,sound system,etc.This new TV is functioning flawlessly. So I'm sold on Samsung. By the way, the old TV's failure was attributed to a deteriorating power supply.

The buttons that are used the most are lower down, which makes it harder for my hand to manipulate. More space between buttons would be helpful. Sound volume is interesting. Sometimes it shows up as + and - (minus), but sometimes there's a numerical scale. Also, I am starting to get error messages when I'm in Netflix. Restarting Netflix usually takes care of it, but who knows why they appear in the first place.

The picture quality remains consistent, and there is no discernible increase in volume during commercial breaks. Furthermore, its compatibility with Alexa allows for convenient power control via the smartphone application on my Z Fold 6.
