[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and price and the picture color and brightness are great for my place. Sometimes it buffers on certain apps like YouTube and Paramount while TVs in my other room don't. My fiber internet is usually 500MB so not sure why

The tv worked great for three months- today I turned it on to find a huge stripe of the screen flashing colors at me. Three months and the thing goes bad. Before the suggestion pops up-I have turned it off. Restarted it. Factory reset it. Changed inputs etc. the hardware went out- in three months. Not the first quality control issue I've seen lately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for a previous Samsung TV. I was satisfied with it until it got old and no longer performed well. Would take up to 5 minutes to get to a program after turning on.When using a streaming services(I don't use cable anymore) it would also take excessive time to load, and would frequently be kicked back to Samsung plus.requiring a restart of whichever service I was watching.It could take a 1/2 hour or more to see 10 minutes of a program. I am laying these problems out to show that I was very happy with the TV until this happened.so when I purchased a replacement I got another Samsung. This one was a step up in size.I trust the Samsung name. I possess several other Samsung products and am totally satisfied with them.(refrigerator,sound system,etc.This new TV is functioning flawlessly. So I'm sold on Samsung. By the way, the old TV's failure was attributed to a deteriorating power supply.

Perfect smart tv for all our streaming services…quickly accesses all apps. The view is amazing and we haven't even locked in the full experience with 4k YET… large tv fits standing on our entertainment center with the legs that can attached on the inner position. Forget all the cords for added streaming this does it all. We have a fairly small living room but the size is great and fills in the area nicely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I have enjoyed this television. It has a beautiful picture still I have a problem with the volume control. I can either have the volume at the lowest level or mute. I cannot raise the volume. I reached out to the Samsung support personnel via the net and the result was they referred me to a site with professional assistance and the first thing they did was asked for my credit card information. That is a pretty foul approach as I should be under the initial warranty but even more I purchased the extended warranty for at least 3 years. So I am extremely frustrated with this process and company..

I had to purchase another remote and still I need to use one to turn the unit on then the new one to select different feeds etc., the back to the other to turn the unit off. So far, not real excited about this TV even though I've always liked Samsung.
