[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 55" Samsung QLED TV expecting a decent leap in visual performance, but it is just okay. When looking at key features like brightness and contrast, the screen is sharp, but the overall picture quality is not a significant improvement over a basic LED television. The interface is clean, but considering the premium cost, the minimal difference in colors makes it feel overpriced. I also expected better upscaling and a smoother refresh rate for the price, but the performance is completely average. To make matters worse, it does not have enough HDMI ports. If you have multiple gaming consoles, a soundbar, and a streaming device, you will constantly find yourself swapping cables. It is a decent television, but it definitely does not live up to the QLED hype or the price tag.

But the tiny remote control is horrible; not easy to use with multiple functions on each button or combination of buttons. Up/down usually skips through multiple selections with one click. No number keypad; with 3000 some channels, an entire day can be wasted trying to get from broadcast channels to Samsung TV+ channels. Easy to cast to from my Samsung phone, but difficult to find where to disconnect other devices that somehow automatically connected.

However, from time to time to tv feels choppy or the wifi connection cuts out, which could be my fault, but regardless, exelent TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no such thing as “too big” thrilled with our 75” and contemplating why I didn't go bigger lol. Perfect smart tv for all our streaming services…quickly accesses all apps. The view is amazing and we haven't even locked in the full experience with 4k YET… large tv fits standing on our entertainment center with the legs that can attached on the inner position. Forget all the cords for added streaming this does it all. We have a fairly small living room but the size is great and fills in the area nicely

Color and brightness are easily adjusted depending on the mood or the show or movie you're watching. The whole shabang is vibrant, colorful and immersed us in a real life quality showing. Its size relative to weight is quite impressive and the screen real estate is not only large enough for most applications, it is a good quality presentation. i have found nothing to not like about the screen and physical attributes. I must admit the navigation and control has been a learning process but it has been about a decade since I have worked with a new TV. I imagine that it becomes seamless but for now, I am still learning and exploring. I feel like there are things that would make it easier and it's up to me to find them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 70" UN70U8000FDXZA so far has been a great TV. I like the fact I can continue to use my old remote with all the numbers, volume control and channel selection over the newer remote that is less user friendly. I have my old Samsung sound system connected via USB connection and it still works great. For the money you can't beat this TV. I just wish my bedroom would accommodate a larger screen. I would recommend this TV and I will probably buy another Samsung when this unit dies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the TV I just wish it would blast louder so I can't hear all the noise going on in my house when people arguing and yelling and people are screaming It's a beautiful TV. It just needs louder volume, but maybe I can buy speakers for that.
