One thing that bothers me is the LONG song at the end of a wash or dry. If that doesn’t bother you, you should be good. I’ve tried to figure out a way to turn off the chime and still can’t find a way. The washer and dryer is high tech with many options available for wash and dry. Drying large stuffy blankets can be a challenge as with any dryer. Aside from that, my clothes come out smelling nice and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer/dryer combo has excellent capacity. The door is at a very convenient height for loading / unloading. The unit is sleek but may be a bit deeper than an older laundry area may accommodate easily so measure carefully. Unit has many different settings. Clothes are nicely clean and once you set the cycle you will come back to dry clothes! One and done is great. The lint filter is easy to access and clean. It's a smart appliance and although we have not used that feature yet, it is great that it's there. Very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your floor is not concrete then expect to have issues. This machine rocks a ton when the spin speed is high and it will then throw an error. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As far as having remote control the app is extremely hard to get setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have is when I’m using the dryer, it keeps stopping randomly even after I had already cleaned the filter completely. It keeps stopping and the only work around is to turn the setting to Timed Dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished up one week with this new unit, so far so good, everything is working amazing it’s literally like when you get a new computer. You’ve gotta go through all the bells and whistles. It’s definitely peaked our interest and it’s taking doing laundry to the next level for sure.

We have had this product for about 8 months. First of all, the weight of it is unbelievable. It will take at least 4 guys to move it, if need be. It does not fit in a normal washer space. We have leveled it many times and it still shakes the entire house while washing. The shaking is so bad it shakes my daughter's bed upstairs. I'm worried my mirror on the other side of the wall will eventually fall. I won't do laundry if I have company because the shaking is embarrassing. We called Samsung for hep and they treated us like we didn't know what we were talking about. Finally they sent someone to our house. He did the same things we had already done, then left. Still the shaking continues. We have animals and are frequently having to clean out extra filters. Something I never had to do with my old set. It does not wash the pet hair out of anything! A lot of the time, our clothes come out so wrinkled we can't wear them. A very annoying thing is cooling time after the dryer. We do not run wash and dry in one cycle. The clothes come out feeling stiff and uncomfortable. We add dryer sheets between wash and dry. This defeats the point of the combo set. Although I do like that I dont have to swap the clothes. Also, I do like that I don't have to add detergent and fabric softener every load. Those two things are the only good thing about this product. I would never suggest this product. It is by far the WORST thing we have bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using the combo washer and dryer m, and my first impression was above my expectations. Because the machine is all-in-one, I was slightly worried about the performance and capacity; however, the result was aboveand beyond. After completing several full cycle, I'm fully satisfied with the all-in-one washer and dryer. Functionality like touching screen is awesome. Design is one of the reasons that I choose this model. Technology is great so far. Overall 5 stars for this one.

If you wash a lot of cotton this product will leave it wrinkled every time. Even with the wrinkle guard setting to keep the dryer running after it's done. Large load, small load, doesn't matter. Wrinkled. To top it all off it doesn't even have a "Steam Refresh" dryer only cycle like some Samsung dryers do so you can't even use that to get wrinkles out.

The best part of the washer is that I don't have to add detergent or softener every time I wash, it dispenses it self WOW. Plus I have more room in my laundry room.
