[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a little apprehensive about this unit, and I am on my second load, but it's incredibly quiet, our first load was a super speed with some jeans, shorts and tshirts and it was done in less than an hour. It looks great and the system has been super easy to learn. I will say that it is larger and heavier than most so make sure you got the space. Otherwise I am loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ergonomically it's a great washer/dryer combo and does most of the job well, but there are some nuisances and some upgrades that is required. 1. Having ability to add 2 different detergent and use it independently, my use case is kids having their own detergent which needs to be added separately 2. Issue- I found that some loads like bedding/ comforter have issues with spin cycle 3. issue - the drying for some cycle like delicate doesn't work effectively

My clothes are always nice and clean, i have never had issues with it and ive had it for about 6 months. They amount of different cycles that is has is amazing and convenient for every need. I fully recommend it! It has been an amazing addition to my household.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good product and convenient with space it is big, I would say about a full washer and half dryer size in length, the dispenser is at the plbottom so it was worth getting the pedestal too, alot of different washing features and full control of dryer strength and length. Efficient to not have to constantly go and take out the cloths and load in a different machine.

I save money on energy and water with its high efficiency and the capacity can't be beat! I also love that I can run it with my phone so no more wasted trips to the laundry room.

I have a small laundry space and my options were this versus a stacked washer/dryer, and I'm glad I chose this vented all-in-one. The convenience factor can't be understated. So far it is easy to use and clean, and although I am not using all the features, they are easy to explore on the app. For example, I think its cool you can design and save your own cycle settings. The "set it and forget it" concept is so helpful. I can start a wash before I leave for work and come home to dry, clean clothes. I also like that I can track when it is done on the app, removing the need to check on the machine or set a timer. I was concerned there might be issues with everything not getting dry - a common issue with all in one - and while it has happened, it is very rare and I think it can be attributed to user error. I would say it happens about as frequently as it did with a separate dryer. Overall I'm really happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design isnt the greatest. I didnt realize until i started hooking it up. First of all the back is a cluster. The water hose connectors are way too close to the power cable and the vent. It would be nice to have options for both the vent and the power cord placement. It would also be nice to be able to switch which way the door opens. I wanted to have the unit to the far right of my laundry room, but the cluster in the back required me to put it to the left of the room. Now the door swings open to the left and makes it super awkward to get clothes into it. The capacity is good. The Performance will have to wait for a few weeks, but for now is okay. The technology is good as samsung usually is.
