[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant about an all-in-one, but after 4 months with this 5.3 cu. ft. Samsung Vented Combo, I'm sold. Because it's vented, it doesn't take 4 hours to dry like the ventless heat-pump models I researched—the Super Speed cycle can wash and dry a standard load in just over an hour. The AI OptiWash handles the auto-dispensing of my detergent perfectly based on how dirty the clothes are, so I'm not wasting soap. Best of all, I don't get the 'mildew stink' of older front loaders because the machine uses the dryer heat to completely dry out the drum after the wash. It effortlessly swallows king-size bedding. Just make sure you clean the massive lint filter regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very heavy and hard to move, it disconnects from WiFi constantly, its depth is more than traditional machines so it doesn't fit in a standard laundry cupboard, and it's so low to the ground I have to squat to use the controls, fill soap, or change laundry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this combo a week ago. We have tried different loads, different cycles and we don't like the drying cycle. Clothing is way too wrinkle, compared to our previous Samsung washer and dryer we had. Sometimes clothes are still wet, even when we set the “More Dry”option. It is also really loud , We are still giving it a chance, but we are not impressed at all.

We purchased the Bespoke AI All-in One Vented washer back on 11/05/2025. This is not a paid review. Our washer/dryer is installed on our first floor and on an exterior wall where the vent to the outside is < 2 feet. Every single load our clothes come out horribly wrinkled. The wrinkles are set so deep into the fabric we have to iron them out or just deal with the fact we now look like we are tourists living out of a suitcase. Our clothes also look like they are deteriorating rapidly. In the picture you'll see my brand new Nike thermal hoodie washed for the first time. It's almost as if the fabric is literally being damaged by this washer/dryer. We have worked with support and have tried all of the following. Small loads All sorts of various cycles where we've tried lowering the spin speed, changing water temp, using delicate cycles, etc We have verified there is no blockage in the vent (you can see outside through the vent) We use both laundry detergent and softener We pull the laundry out immediately after the drying cycle ends All this triaging/troubleshooting takes time. It certainly took longer than the 14 day return window which is absurdly short and my main WARNING as to why you should NOT buy this. Samsung support is basically AI regurgitating the same steps above over and over then when you get to a human they simply continue the same. We would love to return this for a refund but can't. At this point we are contemplating giving this thing away for free! This experience with Samsung has absolutely changed our mind on buying anything Samsung ever again.
