I also love how it combines both washer and dryer into one machine while still having a real dryer vent setup. It feels high-end and saves so much space. But hate you have to keep turning on everytime. Love the fast washing. But hate the spin cycle shakes the whole house. It's big enough to wash a king size bedding. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the pedestal. From day one, even after having a professional come out and level it for me, it has been unstable. Thrashing around violently to the point I need to have someone come out and readjust again. That is the worse of the system. My only other complaint would be cleaning it so much. I have huskies and dog fur is a daily thing. This product doesn’t work well with dog fur. You will be cleaning your system weekly. On the plus side, I can throw in my laundry and forget about it. Once it is complete it buzzes my phone. It gives me time to throw in dryer sheets if I choose to or be lazy and let it soldier on. A normal load finish relatively fast too. From wash to dry you can expect it to be done in 120 minutes. Oh and it is dry. Next feature I love, never having to continuously put in detergent. The automated dispenser for detergent and softener is almost forgettable but your system will let you know when you need to fill it up. The system tells you everything you need to know: when to clean it, what is wrong with and how to fix it, and much more. Truly a work of art to build upon.

I’ve never had an issue with it cleaning even the toughest of stains and grime. Even my Alaskan king comforter fits in this thing, and it is awesome! I love the ai setting as well! However, it’s been months and I cannot get the dang thing to connect to SmartThings! I’ve even tried to go through every step in the manual, and troubleshoot, and I cannot get it connected. There’s an AP button, but you must be connected to the WiFi to use it which makes no sense to me. It’s a bummer because I love my smart home. But we have been able to use the washer without the feature. It’s just a little upsetting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely hate this appliance. While the idea is great, the efficiency is lacking. It takes 3 hours for a normal load and it is never entirely dry when the cycle is finished. I have to add an extra 30 min dry cycle to every single load to actually get the stuff dry. Super frustrating after waiting 3 hours to finish, just to add more dry time to it. Super annoying safety feature- the appliance locks while in use so once the dryer has been started it will not unlock until after a cooling period. The cooling period takes 5+ mins. I’m 40 years old, I have yet to burn myself from a dryer. This is the dumbest safety feature ever and cannot be turned off or overrode. It is really frustrating when you are in a hurry. The screen glitches constantly. Sometimes it will overlay 2 or more different screens over top of each other. Makes reading the screen hard. Sometimes the screen will say it’s drying when you selected a dry cycle but it will start a wash cycle instead. Super frustrating when you were trying to get your clothes dry and now you’ve got to wait another 3 hours for it to finish…. Again. Sometimes it randomly spits out fabric softner on clothes after they’ve washed and are drying. Time to rewash the load and waste some more time. Super frustrating. Sometimes it leaves a puddle on the floor. It appears to be leaking from where it adds the detergent and softener. Only does it once every couple weeks. Over all would not buy again & would only recommend to someone I hate. I simply cannot catch up on laundry due to the time it takes to actually wash and completely dry a load. & then when it’s washing when you needed it to dry your clothes. & you’re rewashing to get the random spots of softner off your clothes. It’s an uphill battle & it seems the machine is working against you. This washer has caused more fights in the last 10 months than we have had in our marriage over the past 20 years. Husbands do not buy this for your wife. She will hate you for it.
