Because it's vented, it doesn't take 4 hours to dry like the ventless heat-pump models I researched—the Super Speed cycle can wash and dry a standard load in just over an hour. The AI OptiWash handles the auto-dispensing of my detergent perfectly based on how dirty the clothes are, so I'm not wasting soap. Best of all, I don't get the 'mildew stink' of older front loaders because the machine uses the dryer heat to completely dry out the drum after the wash. It effortlessly swallows king-size bedding. Just make sure you clean the massive lint filter regularly.

I ordered the matching pedestal, which was definitely the right move—raising the machine makes loading and unloading much easier on the back. Setup was straightforward after watching a few YouTube videos to get the hang of it. The lint filter is a bit different and takes some extra time to clean, but I'm sure that will get faster with practice. The smart features are fantastic; getting real-time notifications on my phone and TV when the drying cycle starts and finishes is super convenient. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drying is some of the best we have seen, personally we are use to really old units that have to dry 3 or 4 times and sometimes still burns our comforter but haven't had an issue like that here yet. With the washer we have it's capacity could fit around 3 normal size loads with no issue. The consistency of the app helping us know when to do self cleaning while when to swap the clothes from the wash to the dry and when to hang up the clothes to keep my work shirts looking crispy and sharp for the week is beautiful and when doing the last cycle on the washer or when the dryer is doing its job there is almost no vibrations at all or loud knocks. It's as quiet as can be.

This machine requires a lot of maintenance. There is a setting for product care that has 3 modes. Drum cleaning, self dry, and clean heater exchange. Filter also prompt for cleaning after every use, the most annoying thing is the drain filter needs to be cleaned out very often. And to clean it, you have to drain the reservoir. Which takes quite some time, and the drain tube is not even 6 inches long. Once you drain the reservoir, you take the ill fitted filter out and the drain hole is so small, cant even clean it out! After all that work, it still isnt enough. It still prompts you to clean the filter...way in the back where you cannot even reach. The prompt message then says to turn it off for 3 minutes and to try again...only to have to start the whole 3 hr process again...and for it to fail again with the same problem. So frustrating and annoying. Better off hand washing and air drying!

Doesn't overdry has sensors built in to tell you when your clothes are dry. little vibration you can hardly hear the machine when it is running. We consistently get clean clothes out of our machine, it is able to take on the worst dirt.
