This combo has the right capacity for my household. I’m getting good washing results, but the clothes often end up more bunched up/intertwined than with my old washer, so I mostly end up separating washing and drying cycles to untangle the clothes before drying starts. Then drying results are good and consistent. I like the efficiency overall in terms of water and energy use; the total time for washing and drying is longer than with my previous separate machines, but I expected that. The machine operates quietly except when it talks to you, which is difficult to understand. I wish there were a way to identify which of the countless wash programs allow which options, such as temperature, instead of having to go through all of them and having to find out by trial and error. I also wish the front door were higher up instead of in the center!

Purchased this bespoke all in one combo! Not only did it save so much space by getting rid of one machine. It saves us so much time just set it and forget it cause it washes then goes into dry mode! We have saved so much money on laundry detergents no one putting full cap of it for a small load lol

Cannot say enough about this machine. Our clothes come out cleaner than ever before, there is no forgetting to put them in the dryer, no rewashing, and the settings make so much sense. Perfect for busy life, teenagers, etc. efficiency is top notch and it has already saved us so much on our power, water, and laundry detergent cost. Pop your clothes, or bedding, etc. into the drum, press two buttons and receive an alert when they are done! Laundry smells amazing, stains are gone, it’s amazing! Denim can be a slight challenge with wrinkling, we haven’t figured that out just yet, but it’s not every time, and we just steam or iron those. Our only issues we have had are with understanding the different cycles and with the door opening orientation. An owners manual did not come with the machine, and the QR code takes you to a completely different product. The door opens from right to left and our laundry room would work better with the opposite so we have not quite been able to experience the full extent of the space saving aspect of a two in one, as we have it “caddy cornered” in the area now. We have had this machine almost a year now, and I doubt we will ever go back to a two machine system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ​I do love my All-in-One unit. The idea of washing and drying a load in one shot is awesome, and it looks great in the laundry room. But two things are driving me nuts. ​First, the spin cycle can cause a decent amount of vibrations here and there. Even after perfectly leveling it, the machine vibrates when it speeds up. Second, there isnt a way to just run a manual cycle. Unless I cant figure that part out. Iv made custom cycles but still has restrictions on settings. Overall we are happy with our purchase and would recommend.

My main reasons are that it holds large otems effortlessly, and drys as well as cleans in an exceptable time. I can do the laundry in one load where I do not have to take it out and put it in a dryer this is ingenious thank you Samsung . It is also very easy to clean the vent filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer-dryer combo is a bad design. The heated drying cycle causes the rubber door seal to age and crack much faster than a standard washer. After a relatively short time, the gasket already needs replacement. This is an expensive maintenance issue that buyers should be aware of. I wouldn’t recommend this model. My washer-dryer combo started leaking after almost a year!!

I absolutely love my new Samsung washer/dryer set. It comes with lots of great features. My clothes are very clean no matter the cycle time. I can do large loads or any size & I'll get the same results. The dryer is so effective I just love everything about it especially the no wrinkles once fully dried. Also the dryer doesnt leave the home hot due to the venting system.
