The machine automatically adjusts the water and detergent levels based on load size, which saves both time and resources. Drying performance is solid — though not as powerful as a dedicated dryer, it handles smaller loads perfectly. Heavier items like towels or bedding may need an extra spin or partial air-dry afterward.

While bigger than a traditional washer or dryer, It frees up quite a bit of space from having separate washer and dryer and allows for more storage. From wash to dry takes just over 3 hours for a large load. Had an issue with it shaking too much and setting an error code, but was do to weak floor. Added some support, and now no more issues. selecting wash cycles is easy to use, as is the soap dispenser and lint trap. Love the smart features that give updates directly to my phone and on my samsung tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love the machine. My only qualm is you need to memorize what all the profiles do. There is no manual mode or ability to override water temperatures or dryer settings. For example, "normal" mode won't allow me to select cold water and wont allow me to change dryer temp. I have to remember which setting meets this criteria. Additionally, delicate mode does not allow me to dispense detergent using the auto dispenser, which is frustrating. No ability to override.
