The only issue im not sure is a issue when it spins its very loud. Im hoping thats normal and not some defect. Overall great product removed my 2 washer dryer in to one saves space. The AI technology is really smart increase the time if it feels it needs more time.

I have one that's about 14 months and it's showing an error code on the motor. It's just out of warranty. Never had an issue with any of the other washers that have had in the past this is just not acceptable for something of this price range and of this brand.

I dont have time to wait if I need my laundry... Also shipping drum bolt got stuck.. it should come with a cord it doesnt and better installion instructions! It took forever to install 🙄 its also very heavy. Technology is cool though I can watch YouTube from my washer? I didnt expect that.

The biggest win is not having to remember to transfer wet clothes to the dryer, everything washes and dries in one cycle, which is a game changer for busy days. The only small learning curve has been dialing in the dry settings for heavier loads like towels, which sometimes come out just slightly damp. Once I figure out how to program a longer dry time for those loads, I think it will be perfect.
