There are some random cycles it appears that either the load is too small or too large and items stick to the drum during the drying cycle which causes them to wrinkle. The lint filter is tedious to clear. Overall, though, the system works well, uses a reasonable amount of time.

It is fantastic, load the laundry, throw in a pod, choose wash & dry cycles & relax. 1 hour 15 minutes laundry clean & completely dry. No waiting for the wash cycle to end to transfer clothing into the dryer. Also complete silence during the cycles Highly recommend. Of of my best investments for quality of the product, performance, & convenience

The capacity has been great and it will fit almost anything we put in it. It is also great how automated everything is. The only downside is that sometimes not everything comes out totally dry but I think most of that is just energy saving settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer/dryer combo is by far my favorite to wash clothes in. The capacity is decent and when full the clothing will still get cleaned. There are many cycle options to choose from and you can make your own combos. I feel the applicance is efficient and saves water and electricity. The screen is an appropriate size. set up a home automation in SmartThings to send a notification to my phone when the washer and dryer finish their cycles, saving me from forgetting damp clothes and it will also show on my tv.

Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load. I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!

I can load dirty clothes, start a cycle, and come back to clothes that are both clean and completely dry without having to move anything between machines. That alone has made laundry much easier and more hands off. The self learning features are also impressive. The machine seems to adapt well to different load sizes and fabric types, which helps optimize wash and dry times while still delivering solid results. It's easy to use, efficient, and a great fit for anyone who wants a more streamlined laundry routine.

I am completely angry with lack of information regarding the delivery and installation of my recent purchase of this washer dryer combo. I made the purchase on July third, and the website said it would be delivered on the 16th. I did not receive it until the 26th. The driver then tells me that they were not installing and that I would need to call to have someone come out to install. When I called, I was told that I have to wait another 2 days until I can even get an appointment set for installation. There is no telling how much longer I will be waiting until they decide to get this installed. Almost a month now and all I have is a large machine sitting in my house that can't be used. Very disappointed in Sams.

Efficiency: there is a lot of waiting time, the clothes come out wrinkled and with lint, even when using wrinkle prevention. But it is very good that it doesn't retain bad odors if you fall asleep or forget to put it to dry. I like that I can refill the detergent and fabric softener and not have to add them in every wash. The filter is designed to be cleaned perfectly. I love that the door opens and that I can control it from my phone. I also like its technological and versatile display. I also like that it notifies me on my different devices about the washing and drying progress. Capacity acord a single family.
