The washing and drying are both effective, sometimes on larger loads or heavier clothing I have to do extra dry time but it's a non issue. I've never had to rewash anything. Some people told me I wouldn't like it because I can't do 2 loads at once, but that isn't an issue for me. Having one load done start to finish out weighs everything else! Love!

The fact it washes and drys is pure convenience and helps save on space. If you have the standard washer and dryer hookups, and if hot/cold hookups are no copper-based, then get one. Get rid of youe old washer and dryer and enjoy the space you just gained. Washing is incredible. Drying is exactly as described. Efficiency will help your energy bill remain low. The drum is massive.

The automation is convenient and easy to learn, while the capacity is impressive and will make my laundry clean and my day more efficient. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a very limited space, so a combo unit opens up a lot more cabinet space (once I get around to it...). Totally changes the way you do laundry, just set the completion time right before you get back from work and then you don't think about it at all. Washes great, drying takes noticeably longer than predicted, but it does end up dry. You just have to learn the about how much longer and compensate (30-40min for clothes and 1-1.5 hrs for sheets/towels for us). UI works well on the washer and on the app, I only wish you didn't have to confirm the cycle physically on the washer since in my mind I usually load it first and then think what cycle do I want.

WD90F53AVBUS Bespoke AI Laundry Combo (Brushed Black) Capacity It's big. 5.3 cu. ft. means you can shove in a ridiculous amount of laundry at once. Like “I ignored laundry for 2 weeks and still survived” level loads. Good for families or people who hate laundry as a concept. Consistency Washes come out pretty even. It doesn't randomly decide one sock deserves spa treatment while the other gets punishment. AI settings try to “learn” your habits, which is cute, like it thinks it's part of the household. Efficiency Uses water and energy pretty responsibly. Not miracle-level savings, but it won't scream through your utility bill like older machines that behave like they're laundering gold bars. Ergonomics The all-in-one design saves space, which is great if you enjoy not living inside a laundry shrine. Controls are modern, maybe slightly over-designed, but once you stop poking every button like it owes you money, it's fine. Performance Washes well, dries well, and does both in one cycle, which still feels mildly suspicious in a “how are you doing all that in one box” way. Not perfect-dry every time with bulky loads, but solid overall and definitely convenient. Bottom line: it's a high-capacity, smart-ish laundry machine that saves space and time, while quietly judging your life choices in brushed black.

The capacity has been great and it will fit almost anything we put in it. It is also great how automated everything is. The only downside is that sometimes not everything comes out totally dry but I think most of that is just energy saving settings.

If you'll notice every bad review is the result of improper ventilation and not having the critical thinking skills to perform a hard restart when a error screen is persistent. Properly vent your units and they will dry. When encountering a software/firmware issue, unplug the maching, unplug the motherboard, wait 1-5ish mins, plug in and 95% of the time it will fix the error.

I love this machine! it does everything except fold the clothes! The drums are larger than I thought -- for us that means no overstuffed loads of clothes. Rarely the heavier loads aren't quite dry, but it's super easy to add a few minutes more of drying time. And the large containers for detergent and fabric softener? Yay! I seldom have to deal with heavy bottles. I don't think that they missed any type of loads you would want to clean! Press the on button, select the washing cycle, and away you go!

And it lets you know energy and water consumption. My first load came out great. I had some wrinkles in with the three cotton work pants. I put it through the steam cycle and it took the wrinkles out I recommend this unit to anyone who can use a smart phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery communication was organized and punctual. Delivery men were courteous and helpful. Product was huge and heavy which means it's not cheap, in every sense of the word. ATM, I'm doing my very first load so, can't tell the quality of the wash yet though, I'm expecting it to be better. The power reset I did after the first load fixed the pad or screen which was stuck on "Registering" mode. Online says it's could be a glitch with the Smart Things app. After the wash and dry, I obserbed lint stuck around the rubber gasket. Hopefully that will go away and will not affect the colors of my next load. I would also like to mention my disappointment that after it was unwrapped in front of me by the delivery people, there were prominent scratches around the glossy part of the washer door. There was also a deep scratch on the side of the unit. Brand new and yet with scratches!
