With two young boys they seem to dirty a dish every second and the three racks make it where I do not have to run it twice on some days. Also, it is QUITE! With an open concept I had to wait to run my last washer, now I can run it right after dinner. You cannot hear it run. This is my husbands favorite feature. Not only is it almost silent, it actually cleans well. You don’t have to prewash like I had with my last dishwasher. I didn’t think I would use the wireless feature, but I set it up, and it is nice. I get a notification when it is done, so I can text the kids and let them know to unload. The dishwasher also opens itself slightly when it is done for drying purposes. This is convenient also, something I did not know I wanted. Long story short, this is one of the best purchases I have made in awhile. My husband says to mention again it is super quiet!

We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation that was fast tracked so that we could install this beautiful piece of kitchen equipment. It took some getting used to. The 3rd wrack is different and to get some getting used to as it is cups and knives that fit on it. I thought that i would take way from the ability to wash bigger pots but we can still get our stock pot in or our big mixing bowl. Still the way they have it configured to have to the cups lay down is nice. The dishwasher self opens when it is done which again i takes some getting used to as it now directly vents under my butcherblock counter top. In order to open it you give a slight nudge inward and it opens. This at times is annoying when cooking or using the countertop surface as the slights push keeps opening the dishwasher inadvertently. None of this takes away from the awesomeness of the dishwasher. We absolutely love how quiet it is and how quickly it does one load, in about 1.5 hrs. There are different settings to go through from all the different types of washes possible. I am in absolute love with this dishwasher. I was a significate upgrade to our portable dishwasher we had for years.

I have been using it 3-4 times a week, getting used to using three-layered trays. Each of them can be adjusted depending on the shape of the dishes or size. At first, it was a little strange and cumbersome, but now it is the best try system. The gentle touch opens the door, and it can be set to open the door once the washing cycle is complete. Many options are available using the screen or by voice command. I have been using the AI wash all the time, each cycle gives clean dishes, and I barely hear its operational sound. Being connected to the device means you will have access to the latest software (firmware). Recent updates provide the operation by phone. So far, it has been a good decision to have the Samsung Bespoke Dishwasher; from the design (zen, minimalist) to its actual use, all aspects are focused on creating a user-friendly experience. This is more than a dishwasher, but an artwork in my kitchen.

Now that I’ve been using this new dishwasher for a while, I can really tell the difference. It’s noticeably quieter than my previous model. At 38dBA, I can actually run it overnight and nobody in the house even notices. The Whisper Quiet operation keeps my kitchen peaceful, even when the dishwasher’s running full blast. I’m also impressed with the new AI features. The dishwasher automatically senses how dirty the dishes are and adjusts the cycle, which I’ve noticed has helped save energy and water. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups. The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie. There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.
