It's really quiet, 38 decibels, and it opens the door when the cycle is done. It also has a light inside. It cleans well. The controls are on top of the door so they don't get accidentally pushed.

This 38 dBA super quiet model works perfectly in my open concept space. It has an AI Wash feature where, thanks to smart sensors and machine learning, I don't even have to set the wash and rinse cycles; it DNA's what it needs to do (and how long it'll take) on its own and it doesn't require me pre-rinsing anything beforehand! Another great feature is the upgraded 3rd rack that makes it easy to access utensil and drink ware; with upgraded wash jets everything comes out clean and comes out nice without getting stuck anywhere. The StormWash+ is a separate jet feature for pots and pans to ensure every nook and cranny gets washed clean—even when stuck on food! It includes a fingerprint-resistant stainless steel exterior or great looking on the outside at all times. The AutoRelease Door guarantees dry dishware every time. This effective appliance would be a great addition to anyone's home!

The top rack wash does an amazing job with glasses and cutlery - something I struggled with - in our old dishwasher. The other racks are great too, with options for dishes, pots, storm wash - everything we put in has come out completely clean. The middle rack also has multiple height settings, providing enough room to get everything in. While we have tried all of the clean settings, the AI one works great and adapts to the items in the dishwasher (I have no idea how they do that!).

The dishwasher cleans really well and love that it opens when finished. I have many Samsung smart appliances and now with the dishwasher being able to connect to smart things is great. First of all, it just looks so sleek. The stainless steel finish fits right in with our other appliances, and I love that the control buttons are hidden on top, no more little fingers pushing random buttons! It has that clean, modern look, but still feels super durable and family-friendly. What really won me over is how well it actually cleans. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with our new dishwasher. First of all, it looks nice and it's really quiet, which we think it's great. The reason I would say 4 stars instead of 5 is that I still am not 100% sure how to properly load it, since the manual that comes with it doesn't give any tips on how to load it for the best use. I still haven't tried all it's modes yet (because it has lots, which is a good thing!). We feel overall besides washing everything well, it also seems to fit more things than our older dishwasher. The main cycle we have been using is the AI one, which takes 2 hours to complete and once it's done, things are always clean, dry and not super hot to use immediately. Overall I have no complaints and believe if if came with more practical manual explaining how to make the best use it has the potential to be considered a 5 star dishwasher.

It runs almost silently, so we did not feel that it was running. The third rack provides better space efficiency for smaller utensils such as flatware. Larger utensils fit into the lower rack by removing the flatware basket. I ran a one-hour cycle, and it operated whisper-quiet. When the cycle finished, the auto-release door opened automatically, and I received an alert on my phone. The dishes came out spotlessly clean and completely dry. The Smart Dry feature and the auto-release door are impressive features. Another nice feature is the flatware basket on the bottom rack. It's side-mounted and removable, making it easier to fit larger utensils. My old dishwasher had a front-mounted flatware basket that often fell out when opening the door. There is no such problem with the Samsung dishwasher as it is designed perfectly. The white glass finish attracts fingerprints and smudges. It's easy to clean. The touch panel is more sensitive compared to my old dishwasher. Overall, I’m highly impressed with its cleaning performance and quiet operation.

With two kids we have dishes piling up every day. The dishwasher makes keeping up easy! The 3rd Rack Washing System allows us to clean more dishes and the top rack is perfect for cups and cooking utensils. The Auto Release Door is great. This dishwasher makes sure we get a dry load every time. Also I love how quiet it is! It hard to tell it’s running. As soon as you open the door you can see the pod detergent and rinse compartment tucked away in the door just like most dishwashers. There is high quality stainless steel inside and a deep and spacious tub is. Much bigger than my last dishwasher. You can see the silverware compartment is large and holds items in place. The racks glide easily and without wiggle and are well designed, holding about anything you can think of! The Bespoke has that third rack which I love and is a new feature for my family so getting them to use it will be entertaining. Each rack has its own cleaning sprayer nozzle which has so far been spectacular in cleaning my dirty dishes. Even the top rack has its own spray system for your cutlery and smaller items. Extra tip for larger dishes: My husband was bummed because when loaded with dinner plates the middle rack nozzle was blocked and did not spin. Then I showed him how to adjust the middle rack up so that all systems operated perfectly! Large 9-10 inch plates, tall wine glasses and bowls can be easily loaded and the nozzle will spin! The unique functions for the washer controls are concealed in the top of the door and have so many options. It will honestly take a year to go through them all but so far I have used Normal, AI Express and Storm and they all work as expected. No warped plastic and the dishes are super clean!
