[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this dishwasher. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but I love the way it works. It almost immediately connected to the SmartThings app, which makes it super easy to use. I love that it has its own self-clean feature as well! With it being so quiet, I love the little light that shines under the handle so everyone knows that it is running. It does a great drying cycle before opening the door and continuing to allow the dishes to dry. The only thing I really do not like is the top row, as glasses do not easily stay put by the jets, they tend to slide around which is not ideal. I would love some extra tongs in there to hold them in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had an opportunity to use our dishwasher 4 times during the week that we’ve had it. These are my personal experiences over that timeframe. The dishwasher was a pleasant visual addition to our clean-looking kitchen. It matches very well with our other Stainless-Steel appliances. The one we picked is fingerprint resistant which is a great feature being that we have a toddler who loves to put his grimy hands on just about any surface. As much as we love those little hands, it’s best those reminders aren’t on everything. If there is a smudge, it’s easily wiped off. I was blown away by its capacity and ability to hold a very large load of dishes. It has three racks; the bottom rack is relatively standard but does have some adjustable features to allow bulky items to be fit in. The second (middle) rack is fully adjustable height wise. There are three levels it can be on. And the bonus third rack is a real winner; it has a nifty utensil rack and spot for glasses. The glasses have a dedicated washer that gets the items squeaky clean. After a new load has been put in, I typically select the “normal” setting and let it do it’s thing. There are more settings but that’s my go to. When it’s on, it is so darn quiet. I even had to get real close to the unit to ensure that it was on and working the first time I started it. This is great because my husband and I love watching TV but we can’t have it too load to not wake our children. We always had to find “the sweet spot” for volume with our other unit, but not this one. All and all, this is a real winner and a great new addition to our home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a few weeks to use this dish washer and it’s amazing. Our last dishwasher was also a Samsung but it was close to 10 years old. We got this one to match our other Samsung appliances in matte black. This dishwasher is amazing! The AI mode literally get the dishes spotless and they are now Completely dry when the cycle is complete. Not something my old dishwasher was able to do well. This one has three drawers for maximum storage. The second and theirs row allow you to tip your cups so they don’t have water on the top of them at the end of the cycle. Some really nice touches are the light on the inside and the light outside. They add ambiance when the door is closed and allows you too see inside when the door is open. Also it’s so quiet!!!! I forget it’s in sometimes. The smart thing app also alerts me to when a cycle is completed and I can remote start it if I wanted to as well. This washer is honestly the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I’ve raved about it to all my friends when they come over. No doubt Samsung has a Winner on their hands with this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. It is the most versatile dishwasher I have ever used. The top rack wash does an amazing job with glasses and cutlery - something I struggled with - in our old dishwasher. The other racks are great too, with options for dishes, pots, storm wash - everything we put in has come out completely clean. The middle rack also has multiple height settings, providing enough room to get everything in. While we have tried all of the clean settings, the AI one works great and adapts to the items in the dishwasher (I have no idea how they do that!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first acquired our home, it had an older dishwasher. While it ran effectively, it wasn't efficient nor perfectly thorough most of the time. There was unfortunately times that the silverware still had things caked on it after a cycle had ran. The unit also held moisture inappropriately leading to mildew. The new unit from Samsung is all of the things that the previous dishwasher was lacking. Its super efficient and has a great energy star rating that I appreciate, as I am always trying to find ways to be more environmentally friendly and efficient in my home. The unit is super quiet and you practically don't know if its running. Additionally, it has lots of different system settings for cycles, based on whatever the dishes may need in the moment. The top rack for utensils and glasses helps to clean the items very well and leaves them super sparkly. I appreciate that the unit door pops open when the cycle is complete to alert me in case I am not home. I do wish that the unit came with a more helpful "quick start" guide that reviewed all of the different cycles. I felt like a lot of it was learn in the moment and Google search to figure it out.

I still cannot get over just how whisper quiet it is at just 38 decibels. The new AI wash feature automatically adjusts cycles based on how dirty your dishes are, and when combined with Samsung's incredible StormWash+ system, everything comes out sparkling clean without you ever having to think twice about which setting to use. After washing, the Smart Heat Dry feature takes over, absorbing moisture and circulating high temperature air at an impressive 212 degrees fahrenheit. The door will then automatically open to let the steam escape, leaving your dishes nice and dry. All of these features have been working perfectly for me and I can't imagine going back to any other dishwasher without them!

It’s very easy to load and I like the different cycle options depending on how much I need to wash. The three racks make it easier to separate large and small dishes and fit a lot more in efficiently I like the top rack and the basket to wash cutlery, utensils and serve ware with ease. It’s very quiet and I really don’t hear it running so I can even run it at night without having any disturbances. The light on the door is great and it makes it easy to see that its still in wash cycle. I would definitely recommend it.

With a toddler and a baby on the way we have plenty of dishes piling up every day and this dishwasher makes keeping up with them easy! The 3rd Rack Washing System allows us to clean more dishes with every load and the top rack is perfect for those small baby items. The Auto Release Door is a game changer and makes sure we get a dry load every time. And did we mention how quiet it is? You can barely tell it’s running and it allows us to wash dishes even when the little ones are sleeping nearby! We also love that it connects to Samsung Smart Things allowing us to control it from anywhere in the house. Overall, we are in love with our new dishwasher and can’t wait to use it for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung bespoke dishwasher has a lot of great features. When you first turn it on it has a nice chime and the LCD screen comes on. It has ten different wash cycles which you can scroll through and select the best one. Since having the dishwasher my two favorites are the Stormwash and AI cycles. it is also extremely quiet when it is running. it has a 38 dba rating and you hardly know it running. it has three racks and the bottom is customizable depending on what disches your loading large or small. I love the interior, its a modernized look and is easy to clean. The rack handles are stainless stee as well which upgrades it even more. it has a light inside which illuminates when the door is opened. The auto release functionality is great. It will open the door automatically to dry the dishes at the end of each cycle. Lastly, it has a nice exterior which is a stainless steel fingerprint resistant finish with a recessed handle. it also has wifi compatibility and connects to the smart things app which is where we have all of our Samsung appliances. I am pleased we got this dishwasher, it is a great addition to our Samsung family.
