[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted the best and I do believe I got it!!! This thing is so quiet that you won't even know it's on. The AI is unbelievable. You can have a conversation with it and even control everything from your phone and or tablet. Truly the best investment ever.

This dishwasher is so quiet you hardly know it's running. It cleans our dishes perfectly. The third rack is a bonus that we never had before and it works well for our cups and knives. We're very happy with our purchase.

I love my new Samsung dishwasher. We always just throw everything in there and everything always comes out clean. I love that the racks are adjustable so i can easily put in my tall wine glasses (they also come out spotless). Most of all I love how quiet it is. I never have to turn the TV up when it's running.

I bout it because of the low decibles. You can hardly hear it run. Super easy to install and easy to operate. Did take a little bit to get used to a dishwasher that talks. Love that i can set it all from my phone and get a message when the dishes are clean.

We are enjoying our Samsung dishwasher purchased Aug 2025. It is super quiet, you tend to forget its running and then at the end of the cycle it lets you know it's done and door releases on it's own. The pots are coming out very clean and shiny. easy to load and unload, no regrets.

I LOVE my dishwasher! It is amazingly quiet- I can stand right beside it and not know it is running. The three shelves are wonderful for small pieces or delicate dishware. The ability to start from my phone is also very convenient. I have enough room to hold a full dinner service for 8 and the dishes have always come out very clean. It is also great at drying even plastics. I am just so happy with this choice.

Really great dishwasher. The layout inside with the 3rd rack is definitely the best I have seen. You can fit a huge amount of dishes while leaving enough space around everything to get it all clean. Oh and we love how the door auto pops open a few inches after it's done to let everything dry. Typically i would list any problems I have but I don't think there are any downsides with this. Only thing I can think of is that if you wash mugs with a concave bottom upside down then it still can't fully dry out the little bit of water. But that is the way they all work so no big deal there. All in all its great and works perfect.

1 month in and this is by far the best dishwasher we have ever owned.. So quiet we have to put our ear to it to make sure it's running. The AI setting is a game changer and learns your level of usage and recognises how dirty the items inside are. Everything comes out sparkling clean. Linked to smarter things it tells you the levels of dish tablets and rinse agents and informs you when the cycle is complete. The adjustable second shelf is very handy and is very easy to use and the third level is a bonus for your spatulars and cooking spoons and other small items. The door open system also let's you know the cycle has finishes along with the Led countdown on the door. I would definitely recomemt this machine to anyone. FYI I fitted, plumbed and hooked up the electric to this my self within 30 minutes.

Thought this would be nice with 3 racks but tall glasses have to be placed on one side on the second rack and large coffee mugs hit the sprayer on the top rack. The door does not open flat and has to be pushed down or the bottom rack will slide back in when pulled out. The controls are not intuitive and there is just too much going on. It seems like it takes twice as long to wash dishes as our old one. If you select the door open once complete option on the drying the door will open and everything is still wet. For drying you have to choose high or max to get anything close to dry. Too much going on. Won't buy this or any Samsung products in the future. It is quite though.

This dishwasher sucks. Some cap for the filter was not clicked in correctly and it starting throwing a leak control error. It’s a sensor problem cuz there isn’t a leak! Will start a cycle and then spirals and I cannot get this thing to work normal anymore. This is not a premium dishwasher. This was the second one I had delivered, as the first one wouldn’t work once installed. Overall the design is cheap and apparently the parts are too. Not sure where bowls are intended to go??? Can you only wash one bowl at a time? What is supposed to go on the third rack? Where do you wash stemmed glasses? It’s a no for me, dawg.
