1 month in and this is by far the best dishwasher we have ever owned.. So quiet we have to put our ear to it to make sure it's running. The AI setting is a game changer and learns your level of usage and recognises how dirty the items inside are. Everything comes out sparkling clean. Linked to smarter things it tells you the levels of dish tablets and rinse agents and informs you when the cycle is complete. The adjustable second shelf is very handy and is very easy to use and the third level is a bonus for your spatulars and cooking spoons and other small items. The door open system also let's you know the cycle has finishes along with the Led countdown on the door. I would definitely recomemt this machine to anyone. FYI I fitted, plumbed and hooked up the electric to this my self within 30 minutes.

The middle spray arm fell right off less than a week post installation. The dishes were rarely dry and the door would automatically pop open after the wash cycle.

Love my new Samsung dishwasher- it is practically noisless, great capacity. I use the ‘one-hour' cycle and it's perfect - my dishes come out sparkling clean ad perfectly dry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good dishwasher. Very quiet. If you have large pans, tall dishes. It is hard to open and close the racks. I like the silverware rack. It has another silverware basket in the bottom so there is an option. Several Modes. If you attach it to wireless, It sends messages to your phone. Over all a very nice dshwasher. It worries me that it isfancy, and water here is so hard. But so far very nice.

I was really excited about this dishwasher, but was soon disappointed when I tried to load our dishes inside. Apparently everyone has tiny doll sized dinner plates, matching medium sized glasses, and no one drinks from stemmed wine glasses because our 10 1/2 inch plates only fit if you move the middle rack up, and then you can't fit any wine glasses, large Tervis Yeti cup due to the lack of height between the Upper rack and the 3rd rack. Thus, the 3rd rack becomes totally useless, and needs to be taken out. Im sure there may be a way to puzzle piece 10 1/2 inch plates and still use the 3rd rack, but hopefully you don't have kids that just shove stuff in the dishwasher. . Also, the silverware holder has only these tiny slots in the lid that no utensil of mine fits unless its a slim steak knife. It's quiet but definitely not whisper quiet, and there are only a few cyles that I can say are truly at 38db, as I measured it. Overall, my excitement was crushed when I finally went to use it.

I really love the AI wash cycle because it actually checks to see how dirty the dishes are and then determines how long the cycle needs to be which in turn saves energy. The machine is super quite, to the point that I actually have to put my ear next to the door to see what its up to. love the three rack system. The top rack is really convenient for small items and coffee cups. The middle rack is height adjustable which helps in getting taller items in. My only complaint which is not a deal breaker is that my dinner plates are to tall and must be leaned in order for the middle wash arm to clear. This is with the middle rack all the way up. Its an adjustment on my part as to how to load this machine, but it holds a large amount of dishes. Love the Smart Things app integration. I can control it and see what its doing all from the app. This was one of the main reasons I chose this machine. It will let you know if something is wrong or needs attention all from the app. You can also track energy use from the app. Love the no handle / push door to open design which looks really nice and is really cool to operate. its a beautiful machine and performs really well. You will not be disappointed with this one.

The light inside is an extra perk. And love that all the appliances talk to one another and alert my phone when the cycle is complete.

It’s *extremely quiet*—so much so that I often forget it’s even running until I hear the gentle chime and see the door open at the end of the cycle. That automatic door-opening feature is, honestly, my favorite part. It prevents any musty odor from building up and leaves the dishes spotless and completely dry—no trapped moisture at all. I really appreciate the wide variety of wash cycles available for different types of loads. The only thing I’d still love to see is a short, less-than-one-hour option for quick rinses when I don’t need a full cleaning cycle. Aesthetically, the Bespoke design is gorgeous. The clean white finish brightens up my darker, cabin-style kitchen and gives it a modern, refreshed look. Despite my home’s low water pressure, this dishwasher still does an incredible job—every rack, top to bottom, comes out clean. I’ve found that detergent pods work better than gel since the gel can leave a bit of residue inside, though it doesn’t affect the cleanliness of the dishes. And while I used to doubt the value of rinse aid, this model proved me wrong—the difference is unmistakable. The capacity is great overall, though keeping the extra basket on the bottom rack does take up a bit of space. I really like that many of the wire dividers on the lower racks can be raised or lowered to fit large pots, pans, and oddly shaped items.
