[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great till it broke down. Cleaned well, exceptionally quiet, but the drain pump failed after 3 months of use. Now waiting more than 2 weeks for a replacement pump, no idea when it will be in. Not impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning dishes. There is a separate rack for glasses and cups which frees up space in the middle rack for bowls and smaller items . The racks are spacious and have enough clearance where the wash arm does not hit the dishes as it spins during the cleaning cycle. The center rack can raise up and down to support larger pans and dishes. It has several cleaning cycles and uses AI to assist in the cleaning. I appreciate the sleek appearance of the dishwasher without the handle. I would recommend this dishwasher, you will not be disappointed

It is super quiet, cleans really well, and the dry cycle works great with the auto-open door feature. I researched a lot of dishwashers before choosing this one, and feel like we really made a good choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher ever. First of all, the most important thing is that this machine cleans the dishes really well. Spotless drying of all the dishes. I really love the AI wash cycle because it actually checks to see how dirty the dishes are and then determines how long the cycle needs to be which in turn saves energy. The machine is super quite, to the point that I actually have to put my ear next to the door to see what its up to. love the three rack system. The top rack is really convenient for small items and coffee cups. The middle rack is height adjustable which helps in getting taller items in. My only complaint which is not a deal breaker is that my dinner plates are to tall and must be leaned in order for the middle wash arm to clear. This is with the middle rack all the way up. Its an adjustment on my part as to how to load this machine, but it holds a large amount of dishes. Love the Smart Things app integration. I can control it and see what its doing all from the app. This was one of the main reasons I chose this machine. It will let you know if something is wrong or needs attention all from the app. You can also track energy use from the app. Love the no handle / push door to open design which looks really nice and is really cool to operate. its a beautiful machine and performs really well. You will not be disappointed with this one.

The design is sleek and looks beautiful in my kitchen, and the delay start feature is a total lifesaver for running cycles on my own schedule. Purchased this dishwasher as a replacement dishwasher for my old( 9 years of daily usage Samsung dishwasher). I dislike this dishwasher so much! Yes, I did my research and decided to purchase this dishwasher based of many options that were available in my previous dishwasher, such as adjustable racks, rinse cycle , etc. AI wash cycle was an additional plus, BUT it does absolutely horrible job, no matter how hard I tried- using cleaning cycle every weekend, cleaning filter a few times a week, pre washing dishes prior putting them in- they come out dirty. Wish I would never have spend my money on it!

Love the top rack as we as we use it for baby bottles. Wash is clean and efficient speed 60 works well for us and we use it daily in our household of 6. Hopefully we keep it up the positivity as we upgrade all other appliances to Samsung

The smart dry feature dries better than any we’ve ever seen. Lots of room for cutlery. You won’t ever be bothered by the sound while washing because it’s super quiet. And you don’t have to wait around to open the door when it’s finished because it does it for you!
