[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 9-year-old Samsung Dishwasher with this one and could not believe how much better it creates sparkling clean dishes. We were also amazed at how much quieter it is and how smart it is to adjust to the conditions of the dishes, using the AI wash setting. The auto open door feature is brilliant, making everything is dry and ready minutes after the wash is complete. Using the Smart Things APP we set it to be on during our utility company's super saver hours, so we are usually sleeping while it is hard and quietly at work. There are just the two of us, but as we cook almost all our meals there is still plenty of room to use it once or twice a week. I imagine a large family would fill it more quickly, but it does have a huge capacity and a variety of ways of putting in various types of dishes and cutlery. It stays clean looking and is very attractive as an addition to the kitchen.

After struggling with my previous model(Life's Lammer Appliance), the performance difference is night and day. At 38 dBA, it is whisper-quiet; I often have to check the light to see if it’s even running! The design is incredibly stylish, fitting seamlessly into my cabinetry for that high-end, custom look. The 3rd rack is a standout feature, offering the perfect spot for smaller utensils and freeing up space below. It’s a sophisticated, powerful upgrade that makes cleanup feel like much less of a chore.

It’s super quiet, love the wireless functionality (admittedly didn’t think I’d use it but I do). It’s a massive upgrade over what we had and just overall great quality!

I bought it for the 3rd rack that holds glasses and coffee cups, but stayed for it's efficiency and noise level. I highly recommend.

There is no water drops on any of the plastic items like my old dishwasher left behind. You can not hear this dishwasher at all it is very quiet.The extra shelf gives it a large capacity.It is very efficient and does not use a lot of water. My wife loves the eronomics. hot having a handle makes it look clean and sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like everything about our new dishwasher. I would say 5 star for everything if the racks were somehow more adjustable. The height of anything is very limited on the middle rack hitting the bottom of the top rack. One more inch would be huge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great till it broke down. Cleaned well, exceptionally quiet, but the drain pump failed after 3 months of use. Now waiting more than 2 weeks for a replacement pump, no idea when it will be in. Not impressed.

Purchased this dishwasher as a replacement dishwasher for my old( 9 years of daily usage Samsung dishwasher). I dislike this dishwasher so much! Yes, I did my research and decided to purchase this dishwasher based of many options that were available in my previous dishwasher, such as adjustable racks, rinse cycle , etc. AI wash cycle was an additional plus, BUT it does absolutely horrible job, no matter how hard I tried- using cleaning cycle every weekend, cleaning filter a few times a week, pre washing dishes prior putting them in- they come out dirty. Wish I would never have spend my money on it!
