I love that it is fingerprint resistant which is very helpful with two toddlers in the house. There is so much room inside especially with the 3rd rack. This makes cleaning up so much easier. There is nothing worse than having to hand wash the dishes that did not fit in the dishwasher. The best part is how quiet the dishwasher is with its whisper quiet 38 dBA. We barely even know it is running. With the Smart Dry with AutoRelease my dishes dry so much faster. I love not having to lay my dishes on the counter to continue drying after the wash. This is an amazing dishwasher, and I would definitely recommend purchasing it for your next upgrade.

The top rack wash does an amazing job with glasses and cutlery - something I struggled with - in our old dishwasher. The other racks are great too, with options for dishes, pots, storm wash - everything we put in has come out completely clean. The middle rack also has multiple height settings, providing enough room to get everything in. While we have tried all of the clean settings, the AI one works great and adapts to the items in the dishwasher (I have no idea how they do that!).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love this dishwasher. The cycles are extremely quiet, aside from the drain through the sink. I love the large storage ability and the fact that you can raise/lower the shelves. Sometimes you don't realize it's on, and can't see the buttons/lights on the control panel because they're hidden under the countertop, accidentally interrupting it mid cycle. I also kinda miss having a bar/handle to hang an extra hand towel on. It is very sleek looking and overall would recommend it to a friend.

The WaterWall seemed like a good idea to get all four corners of the bottom of the dishwasher. This part of my dishwasher fails continuously, however. The dishwasher also seems to have no idea that this is failing resulting in having to run the load again after fixing the problem. I was going this for a year or so where it would fail about every couple weeks, but now it won’t move at all on the track. Very disappointed that my two year old dishwasher is basically useless. Will see what servicing costs. Also disappointed that the paint inside the handle portion of the dishwasher chips incredibly easy and they don’t offer any touch-up paint. Looks cheap, performs cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this dishwasher for about a week now and I’m genuinely impressed. This item was a huge upgrade from our previous unit. While at first, I was skeptical of the advertised 3rd rack, it has quickly become my favorite feature. I’m a tall guy so bending or squatting down to put silverware into the holder has always been tedious. Typically, I’d haphazardly throw them in and cross my fingers our utensils end up getting cleaned. Not anymore, the 3rd rack has a luxurious tray to place in each item, so they’re perfectly spaced out. To make it even better, they have dedicated washers for small cups and pint size cups. The washer provides you with a variety of different washes. We typically use the “Normal” option and it’s done its job. While it’s running, we can barely hear it. This is great because after a long day, the last thing I want to do is listen to loud sloshing sounds from the other room when I’m trying to relax with my wife watching TV or a movie. There is one feature I’m not too thrilled about and need more time to determine if I like it. That feature is the auto release door. I’m all for efficiency and reduced energy consumption, but I have quite got used to waking up to the door ajar. None the less, I’m overall satisfied with its drying capabilities. The setting is easily disabled, I just haven’t made a formal decision to take that action Overall, it’s a winner. It has everything I need and more. To make it better, it adds a nice sleek touch and compliments our other Stainless Steel Samsung appliances. It’s even very easy to connect to the Smartthings app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung DW90F89T0U12AA dishwasher in white glass is a new addition to our basement bar. It runs almost silently, so we did not feel that it was running. The third rack provides better space efficiency for smaller utensils such as flatware. Larger utensils fit into the lower rack by removing the flatware basket. I ran a one-hour cycle, and it operated whisper-quiet. When the cycle finished, the auto-release door opened automatically, and I received an alert on my phone. The dishes came out spotlessly clean and completely dry. The Smart Dry feature and the auto-release door are impressive features. Another nice feature is the flatware basket on the bottom rack. It's side-mounted and removable, making it easier to fit larger utensils. My old dishwasher had a front-mounted flatware basket that often fell out when opening the door. There is no such problem with the Samsung dishwasher as it is designed perfectly. The white glass finish attracts fingerprints and smudges. It's easy to clean. The touch panel is more sensitive compared to my old dishwasher. Overall, I’m highly impressed with its cleaning performance and quiet operation.

After 10 days of daily use, here are the pros and cons: Pros: Ultra-quiet operation Door opens automatically after the cycle is completed, which helps dry the dishes Cons: Steep learning curve for arranging dishes; I am still struggling with this In almost every load, one or two bowls or cups have residue left. This is surprising, as my old dishwasher performed better in this regard.

The sleek design, moveable racks, SmartDry and Smart Control are just a few of my favorite features. It's a wonderful addition to my kitchen and I can't wait to show it off at my next dinner party. We do a lot of entertaining so the fact that I can adjust cycles from my smartphone and be be notified when my washing is complete is a convenient feature. With my old dishwasher I would manually have to open the door after the drying was complete to allow the steam to escape, with this dishwasher the door automatically opens to ensure your dishes are dry. My dishes have never been cleaner especially with the sanitize option. Another great feature is there is no need to rinse off dishes before loading them into the dishwasher. Some of the other great features that I really like is how quiet this dishwasher is, I don't even know it's running. The Storm Wash feature is great, especially to clean those hard to clean dishes, and the one hour wash feature is a time saver when I don't have a full load of dishes to wash. I highly recommend this dishwasher as its the best dishwasher I have every owned and looks great in my kitchen.

The dishes emerge completely spotless, and the automatic opening feature for steam release and drying is highly innovative. Adjusting the middle rack to accommodate taller items on the bottom rack took a few minutes to master. While the third rack is convenient for utensils, I primarily use my silverware caddy for them. The third rack is removable, offering flexibility, but it poses no inconvenience when left in place.
