The fridge can actually see what's inside and keeps track of everything for me. I get alerts on my phone when stuff is about to expire, so I'm not throwing away moldy vegetables anymore. Plus, when I'm at the store, I can check what we already have so I don't end up with three bottles of ketchup again. It even spots things hiding in the back that I would totally forget about. That Big Touchscreen - Like Having a Kitchen Assistant The 9-inch screen has basically become our family headquarters. We put our schedules on there, grocery lists, random notes to each other - you name it. I can check everything from my phone too, which is super handy when I'm out running errands. It also pulls up recipes when I'm stuck on what to make for dinner, and I love having music playing while I cook. Makes the whole kitchen experience way more enjoyable. The FlexZone Drawer - Temperature Control Magic This drawer is pretty cool because you can set it to different temperatures depending on what you're storing. We keep our meat at one temp, fruits and veggies at another, and drinks however we like them. It's nice not having to cram everything into the same space and hope it stays fresh. Everything has its perfect spot now. Ice Makers Everywhere - Never Running Out Again We've got ice makers in multiple spots that make both regular cubes and crushed ice. As someone whose family goes through ice like crazy, this has been amazing. No more buying bags of ice or dealing with those tiny trays. The kids love the crushed ice for their drinks, and I use the cubes for everything else. The Cooling System - Everything Stays So Fresh I'm not sure exactly how the Twin Cooling thing works, but I can definitely tell the difference. Our food is lasting way longer than in our old fridge, and everything just looks and tastes better. Even our drinks are perfectly chilled every time. Bottom Line This fridge has completely changed how we handle food in our house. I miss the easy ice/water dispenser where they're in one place and I don't have to open a drawer, push back a drawer with two hands to get ice, and then open another door to get water. You added more steps when everyone else is looking to move faster. You need to know where things are. There is the outer door, inner doors, and the drawer. Organization is key and you have to remember where everything is. And the ice maker being in the freezer means a smaller freezer -- that's a hard shift. Otherwise, it's a great fridge. Just prioritize what you want, your habits, and whether your fridge is where you want to prioritize change. The AI? It takes pictures of your hand and whatever you take in and out of the fridge. I haven't been able to figure out the drawers or freezer yet. I think you have to manually add those. Then you can connect Instacart, but I haven't done that yet... Also, you can play videos on youtube which is fun, but it's not like the speakers are great, the screen is small, and it doesn't keep playing in the background. So what's the point? Overall I like the depth of the drawers and containers. It easily stores my food for four weekly at home meals + condiments + breakfast items/fruit.

It’s so advance compared to my old one like it actually has a screen in it that I can control the settings and even watch YouTube videos or TV on it. I also love the beverage zone for your drinks or whatever you want there like sauces. This also has a custom built in water pitcher with filtered water which is go useful for a quick drink or some fresh water for cooking and it refills itself in about 5 minutes. Another thing to mention this has a dual ice maker tray that makes twl different types of ice. The last thing which is a cool feature is the AI vision inside it scans and takes a picture of whatever goes in and out the refrigerator so you can keep up with what you have on the door or from your phone. I love this thing!

It's a great place for things that I want to access quickly without opening the entire fridge. An awesome feature is the touch door- hands full, no worries, one touch and it opens. Cools efficiently. Fridge does have a one touch door whcih is very convenient when you have your hands full. Cools well and has a nice beverage center with a pitcher for water. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I say that loving our new Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with AI in a “family affair”, because my mom turned me on to this fabulous appliance. I didn’t know it was even possible to be in love with an inanimate object, but that’s where I’m finding myself these days! I am an adult, single mom living downstairs in my parents walk out basement with my own daughter. My mom initially owned the previous Samsung Bespoke model (without the AI) and she would brag ALL the time about this refrigerator. After utilizing many of the functions, I began to understand what all the raving was about. She was able to have a self-filling filtered pitcher of water on hand all the time, she had bite size and regular size ice cubes a plenty and the massive size of this fridge was the best of all! She used the “flex drawer” for deli (meats, cheeses and miscellaneous); therefore she had a ton of room in the rest of the fridge to store everything else. She cooks as a way to show her love , so I can honestly say that this refrigerator’s large size was well used! Anyway, I don’t know that anyone was more surprised to hear she was replacing this fridge; especially since, it was only a few years old and in excellent condition! It all made sense though once I understood that she was not really changing, but simply upgrading her beloved fridge. Even better was the fact that my parents chose to give me the “old” one! I use it downstairs and I can’t even be jealous of her updated version; although I am eager to have the added features that she has with the AI and family hub! She hasn’t even tapped into the full potential offered by her new refrigerator’s AI abilities, but I would!!! It has a really cool AI camera that tracks everything that goes in or out of the fridge. It would be nice to be able to simply use the menu, label the type/name of food and enter its best by date. I would know at the click of a button, what is expiring, expired or simply know I need to pick up fresh while at the grocery store! It’s absolutely mind blowing the potential! Anyway, after living with apartment furnished refrigerators or hand me down fridges for all my adult life, I’m on top of the world now owning a Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with a flex drawer! The next best thing will be owning this model with AI that I get to use occasionally now.
