I’ve had items that should be fully frozen end up partially thawed, which is frustrating—especially for something this expensive. Another downside is the exterior quality. While the design is beautiful, it dents way too easily. Even small bumps leave noticeable marks, which takes away from the premium look pretty quickly. There are definitely things to like—the storage space is great, and the layout is very convenient—but for the price, I expected much better reliability and durability.
