[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for a week now and I absolutely love it. The only thing is the ice maker is kind of slow to making ice. Granted, I use a lot of ice. Just giving it some time and seeing if this is normal or I have to see what’s wrong with it. Pretty cool to have the features on it like the photos of your food, opening the door by touch, and the touch screen. I would’ve liked a bigger screen like the older model they have. Overall, very nice and absolutely love it.

We are very happy with this fridge, we like the size and format (makes it quite easy and versatile to keep food in it, it has the exact same capacity as our previous one but because different layout, it feels much bigger. Very quiet, and it has a few features we came to absolutely love (autofill pitcher, two different kinds of ice cubes, drink station, double access to some of the shelves, the customizable half shelving when you need taller items, the middle customizable drawer that can adapt to our changing needs, it's been fantastic so far. AI screen is quite nice and helpful, with the mention that we have turned off the AI camera, I don't need the fridge to tell me 25 times a day I took milk out and put eggs in... But expiry date reminders are great, offered recipes too and it helps having the assistant right when you need it. The only thing not exactly as described is that the top panels show fingerprints quite visibly, but it's very easy to clean, so not a biggie. Overall, we all absolutely love it and it's been great so far!

I love the customizable panels that blend seamlessly with my kitchen, and the interior is spacious, bright, and well organized. It keeps everything fresh and runs efficiently. The only downside is that it sometimes makes odd noises, but overall it’s a beautiful, reliable fridge that stands out.

Right of the bat, service was great and delivery went really well! The fridge had some minor scuffs in the drawers but nothing bad and nothing in the exterior. I am amazed by how quiet this fridge is and how quickly it was cold after I hooked it up. The tech on it works wonderful and I have had no issues with the sync to my phone. I also bought 3 extra panels and the install went as easy as they say it does. I got an amazing deal for it too! The only reason I dont give it 5 stars are bc of minor cosmic issues and the ice maker is a little slow but not the end of the world.

Flexible in that you can convert the middle drawer to different temperatures. Flexible in that you can have different types of ice in the freezer and flexible in the storage with adjustable shelving and spacing. Very smart fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful fridge with some great features along with a handful of disappointing issues. It has plenty of room inside and nice glass shelves. The touchscreen is great for keeping track of items in the fridge, viewing photos, watching music videos on YouTube, or for many other helpful things. I love the beverage door for getting sodas, beer, etc. out of the fridge without having to open the actual fridge. The automatic refilling water pitcher is something I love with this fridge along with the fact that it makes regular and mini ice cubes at the same time so you can take your pick. The front of the fridge is made with high quality materials and the inside glass shelves are nice as well. The middle section of the fridge is the adjustable temperature drawer for various food or beverage items. I love that it can be opened on its own because my previous fridge had a sliding deli drawer but you had to open both fridge doors all the way to access it. This design is so much better and more practical. Having said that this fridge is beautiful with many great features it is not without problems. The design of the cover over the ice bins is not well done since about 50% of the time when you get ice the cover jams and then the freezer will not close. It causes it to abruptly stop while trying to close it and ice cubes fall onto the floor and you have to struggle with it to get it to close. The sliding shelf in the fridge that is designed to allow you to put additional tall items in the fridge has issues as well. It does not click back into place fully when extending it back out so that makes the shelf much less sturdy...possibly a defect with our fridge only. One of the 2 crisper bins looks to be missing an additional plastic strip that goes above the drawer lip so it can cause odors to fill the whole fridge with the smell of vegetables you have in the drawer...the other crisper drawer has the plastic strip so it does not have that problem...again defective only on our fridge or an issue for others as well?. Lastly, the outside of the fridge which is the black glass portion shows fingerprints like crazy which is pretty annoying. My husband is not a fan of the fridge...especially the issues with the ice bin getting stuck and the freezer not shutting easily as a result. He hates even getting ice out of it. If it weren't for the issues I stated above I would probably have given it 5 stars but with the issues I can only give it 3 stars. As for its longevity I can not rate that as we have only had it a couple months. It does run extremely quit, makes enough ice for our daily needs, has had no issues with keeping proper temperature so those are all pluses.

The beverage center is my favorite part being able to create different infusions and a pitcher of water constantly filled. The glass surface is easy to maintain, and the overall aesthetic is beautiful. Plenty of storage and the 4 panel design is a must. High quality materials, and the AI/touch scree tech is a fun Perk.

cheap plastic, everything is cracked, you have to be careful with the drawer, you can pinch your fingers.It's a big problem to remove the large shelf for washing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Bespoke AI fridge is a big step up from my original fridge. The fridge took about 15 min to setup. The fridge AI features allow me to track groceries and the expiration date. I do love the use of the app to see what's in the fridge but wish it gave you the view of the entire fridge. I love the fact that it makes 2 size of ice and that I can interchange the middle draw for my needs. It is also amazing that you can watch you tube videos listen to music and other apps while preparing meals in the kitchen.
