Amazing smart fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this fridge because it looks amazing and has a ton of space, but it's been disappointing in a few key areas.

The biggest issue is the freezer. It keeps acting up and doesn't always hold a consistent temperature. I've had items that should be fully frozen end up partially thawed, which is frustrating—especially for something this expensive.

Another downside is the exterior quality. While the design is beautiful, it dents way too easily. Even small bumps leave noticeable marks, which takes away from the premium look pretty quickly.

There are definitely things to like—the storage space is great, and the layout is very convenient—but for the price, I expected much better reliability and durability.

Overall, it looks like a high-end appliance, but the performance hasn't lived up to the cost.

The design is one of its standout features—it looks modern and customizable, and it instantly upgraded the look of my kitchen. The flat panels and clean lines give it a premium feel.

Capacity-wise, it’s excellent. There’s plenty of room for groceries, and the flexible storage layout makes it easy to organize everything from large platters to small items. The four-door design is especially convenient, helping keep things accessible without letting too much cold air out.

Cooling performance has been solid. Everything stays consistently cold, and the separate compartments help maintain freshness longer. I also appreciate how quiet it runs—you barely notice it’s there.

In terms of efficiency, it seems to do well, and I haven’t noticed any big jump in energy usage. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, though it might take a little getting used to at first.

Overall, this fridge combines style, functionality, and performance really well. It’s a great choice if you want something that looks high-end while also being practical for everyday use.

Great Look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really happy with this fridge, especially how nicely the counter-depth design fits flush with our cabinets. The charcoal glass and stainless steel panel combination looks modern. The middle drawer is handy as it has adjustable temperature settings, and the hidden beverage center is a cool feature—we like  having both a standard water dispenser and the auto-filling pitcher for fruit infusions. The dual ice maker also  dispenses both standard cubes and smaller bite-sized ice. We haven't fully explored the AI features yet beyond displaying family photos, but good to know it has more AI features to offer. Our only minor critiques are that we wish it produced ice a bit faster, and the ice bins could be a bit sturdier and smoother to slide open. Other than that, it's a solid, high-quality refrigerator!

Highly Recommend this Bespoke Fridge

Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. However, I would like to provide feedback regarding the recessed handle design.
The handle creates a deep, narrow cavity with a sharp interior corner that runs across the entire width of the door. While it looks attractive, it is extremely difficult to clean during normal household use. Dust, crumbs, and kitchen debris inevitably collect inside this channel, yet the space is too narrow to be reached effectively with a standard cloth or sponge.

This issue became apparent within the first week of ownership and appears to be a case where aesthetics were prioritized over long-term usability and maintenance.
Please consider future designs from the perspective of everyday cleaning and ownership, not only showroom appearance.
Overall, a great refrigerator with one frustrating design oversight.
