I can walk by my fridge now with a basket of cloths and say Bixby turn on my Washer and open the door. Its been awesome so far having Bespoke appliances. My wife loves the way that she can take a phone call through the appliances when the phone is in the other room. Also if you can't find your phone or connected device, it will ring it for you. We like Bespoke products so much, we designed and remodeled our kitchen around our Samsung Bespoke appliances!

The auto door open is a game changer. It's just convenient. The screen has many apps that are really useful. I mainly use youtube, timer, and ring doorbell. The AI feature is new to me, and I am learning it. It already helped me track many items, and I am adding more to it. Considering the interior, it does feel a lot spacious. The metal cooling loos more premium in person. The auto water feature is the most convenient feature, and we never run out of cold water, which helps for quick refills. I never thought that a single refrigeratorcan make a huge difference in my kitchen. It does feel a great premium upgrage with a lot of convenient features i use every day. I love it and also received compliments for it. Best purchase ever.

The beverage center is super convenient with a nice size water container and dual ice maker to keep things nice and chill. Lots of storage space and really like the center Flex Zone pull out drawer. It's a great place for things that I want to access quickly without opening the entire fridge. An awesome feature is the touch door- hands full, no worries, one touch and it opens. Cools efficiently. Nice adjustable shlves and generous space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the clean look of the fridge without the handles and water/ice...but it's just not practical. I miss the easy ice/water dispenser where they're in one place and I don't have to open a drawer, push back a drawer with two hands to get ice, and then open another door to get water. You added more steps when everyone else is looking to move faster. You need to know where things are. There is the outer door, inner doors, and the drawer. Organization is key and you have to remember where everything is. And the ice maker being in the freezer means a smaller freezer -- that's a hard shift. Otherwise, it's a great fridge. Just prioritize what you want, your habits, and whether your fridge is where you want to prioritize change. The AI? It takes pictures of your hand and whatever you take in and out of the fridge. I haven't been able to figure out the drawers or freezer yet. I think you have to manually add those. Then you can connect Instacart, but I haven't done that yet... Also, you can play videos on youtube which is fun, but it's not like the speakers are great, the screen is small, and it doesn't keep playing in the background. So what's the point? Overall I like the depth of the drawers and containers. It easily stores my food for four weekly at home meals + condiments + breakfast items/fruit.

Seeing inside the fridge when I'm at the store is really helpful. So is using Bixby to help me plan my shopping. The high-level loT security gives me piece of mind using it. The SmartThings AI Energy mode keeps the fridge running efficiently based on our usage. Touching the doors to open them is really easy. I love having ice ready at any moment and the built in water pitcher has helped me stay hydrated. We even use it to fill our Keurig. With the FlexZone oir favorite snacks are always fresh and ready to eat.

This fridge has all the features I have been looking for from a larger fridge space to a water station to having raising canes like ice cubes. And the new AI feature is really cool. I can now check what’s in my fridge from the store. I have found myself needing to check if I remembered to take my dogs wet foot out to thaw out and this new AI feature is great. The auto open door takes a little getting used to and sometimes will activate even when trying to open the fridge manually but once you get used to it, it works well.

My favorite part of this fridge is the beverage center. I like that I don’t have to see the water dispenser and the ice outside of the refrigerator. It gives the fridge a clean slick appearance. I also like that it has dual ice make, but I don’t like that I can’t just put my cut in and get the ice, but this is just my preference not a deal breaker. I like the AI LCD screen, but wish it was bigger like the family hub, but at least I still get to see the same information just on a smaller level. The AI features definitely help with saving my family money, we are not wasteful because it scans the food and lets you know when the food is about to expire. The aesthetic of this fridge is amazing and sophisticated. I don’t know how Samsung does it, they keep getting better with each and every product they put out. I love the auto-open door, you just touch the door and it open. I like that very much. I like the Smart Thing apps that you can use in conjunction with the fridge. This thing is a beast. This thing makes your kitchen look like it is in a high-end gourmet kitchen. The bottom line is this thing is advanced and innovative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I say that loving our new Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with AI in a “family affair”, because my mom turned me on to this fabulous appliance. I didn’t know it was even possible to be in love with an inanimate object, but that’s where I’m finding myself these days! I am an adult, single mom living downstairs in my parents walk out basement with my own daughter. My mom initially owned the previous Samsung Bespoke model (without the AI) and she would brag ALL the time about this refrigerator. After utilizing many of the functions, I began to understand what all the raving was about. She was able to have a self-filling filtered pitcher of water on hand all the time, she had bite size and regular size ice cubes a plenty and the massive size of this fridge was the best of all! She used the “flex drawer” for deli (meats, cheeses and miscellaneous); therefore she had a ton of room in the rest of the fridge to store everything else. She cooks as a way to show her love , so I can honestly say that this refrigerator’s large size was well used! Anyway, I don’t know that anyone was more surprised to hear she was replacing this fridge; especially since, it was only a few years old and in excellent condition! It all made sense though once I understood that she was not really changing, but simply upgrading her beloved fridge. Even better was the fact that my parents chose to give me the “old” one! I use it downstairs and I can’t even be jealous of her updated version; although I am eager to have the added features that she has with the AI and family hub! She hasn’t even tapped into the full potential offered by her new refrigerator’s AI abilities, but I would!!! It has a really cool AI camera that tracks everything that goes in or out of the fridge. It would be nice to be able to simply use the menu, label the type/name of food and enter its best by date. I would know at the click of a button, what is expiring, expired or simply know I need to pick up fresh while at the grocery store! It’s absolutely mind blowing the potential! Anyway, after living with apartment furnished refrigerators or hand me down fridges for all my adult life, I’m on top of the world now owning a Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with a flex drawer! The next best thing will be owning this model with AI that I get to use occasionally now.

The counter-depth design fits beautifully with our cabinets and gives the kitchen a cleaner, more open feel. Despite that, the 23 cu. ft. capacity easily handles everything our family needs. Inside, the FlexZone Drawer has been great for keeping snacks, drinks, and deli items sorted, and the adjustable temps really help keep things fresh. We also love the Beverage Center—the internal water dispenser keeps the exterior looking sleek, and having both Ice Bite and cubed ice is super handy. The 9” LCD screen surprised us with how useful it is—we check the weather, follow recipes, and even watch YouTube while cooking. It’s become part of our routine. Overall, it's a stylish, thoughtfully designed fridge with features that actually make life a little easier.

We love how we can open the fridge when our hands are full with just a senser below the doors. Easy to open. We love how we can get into the water (beverage center) without having to open the full refrigerator door. The fast-filling pitcher is a great selling point to this fridge, especially the fact that we can add fruits or mint to infuse the water. Having the two options of ice is another great feature about this fridge. It makes small cubes and large ones I love having an option. Another amazing feature to this fridge is the Ai capabilities it has to be able to show me what we are running low on in the fridge and what has been in there for a while. It helps us stay organized with all our perishable and nonperishable foods. This is also very easy to clean, which comes in handy when you have a lot of little hands going in to get food throughout the day. One of the best refrigerators I have ever had.
