Love all the features and ability to add its functionality to our smart things and know when we are saving money. It holds a ton of clothes too! Wow! Bigger basket than we had previously. If you have Samsung phone with Smarthings you can control the washer cycle, capacity of water temp, it also shows you capacity of levels of the detergent and softener. It even tells you how much water and electricity used. It also tells you after certain cycles to self clean the drum.

We especially like how it has many different cycles to choose from and how it interfaces with the smarthings app. The performance is also exceptional. It dries your laundry the way that you want it and has not wrinkled anything yet. Just hope that the quality of this product stays true with time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works really well except "eco" When the eco light is on, the dryer is in eco mode and does not dry the clothes. You have to turn the setting off before you start this. They should get rid of this mode. I have many of these dryers. After you turn off the eco mode several times it seems to learn and stay off. I wish they would get rid of this automated mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! This machine does it all. From a Tide Pods cycle to delicates and wool. It even has options to wash or dry only. No need to add a dry sheet unless you prefer to use them. The clothes come out completely clean, smelling fresh and for the most part wrinkle free, including larger loads. I've had Samsung washer/dryer's before but the all-in-one take doing laundry to a whole new level. So much quieter and the convenience of not needing to move a wash load to the dryer. There's also fend of cycle to prevent dried clothes from wrinkling via the machine of the Smart Things app. This model has basically the same footprint as my 10 year old washer but half the space. I was able to free up room to add additional storage. And the pedestal drawer is perfect for cleaning product storage and raising the machine to a comfortable height.

I would like to know how consistent and efficient it is if I owned one. Also how loud or quiet it is would be nice to know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love the machine. My only qualm is you need to memorize what all the profiles do. There is no manual mode or ability to override water temperatures or dryer settings. For example, "normal" mode won't allow me to select cold water and wont allow me to change dryer temp. I have to remember which setting meets this criteria. Additionally, delicate mode does not allow me to dispense detergent using the auto dispenser, which is frustrating. No ability to override.
