[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from skeptic to true believer. My wife wanted this machine because it meant drying laundry without the need to transfer it to another machine. It also meant never forgetting clothing in the washer when cycle was complete, mot having to go to the laundry room at least twice for every load, total smarthome integration, all the latest features, and a smaller footprint. I thought no single machine could do it all as well as two specialized machines but I was wrong and she was right. This thing is incredible. It it much heavier than normal machines, only a bit taller, it is quieter, and performs exactly as you would expect, and the capacity is the same as conventional two-machine setups. Its all benefit and no compromise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is quit in its spin cycle compared to my previous 10 year old machine and saves so much space. Being able to put clothing in at night to be completed by the time you wake up and the same with putting in a load before going to work saves so much time. There is no need to use your old "system" in which you wash and dry, then put in another load in the wash with this combo unit. The best little spoken part is that after the dry cycle the washer/dryer is now dry. This means you don't need to worry about a moldy washer like all front loading washing machines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because it's vented, I don't find that it takes longer to do laundry than my old washer/dryer. A good idea on paper, but overall I find the washer/dryer combo annoying. Compared to a stackable combo, it doesn't really save that much space. It tries to do too much for you, from dispensing the detergent to not unlocking the door if I pause it during the drying cycle. The bleach tray is in a really inconvenient location, too high up, and the lint filter is harder to clean than traditional models. On my last normal wash/dry cycle, a towel got stuck at the top and never feel down and didn't get dry at all. It's hard to figure out what the difference is between all the cycles. Would I recommend this? Probably not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never really thought about a washer-dryer combo but I needed a little more room in my laundry room to move the cat box out of the theater room. I looked at the reviews that had a large population of reviews and saw it had a 4.5 on that site. So I pulled the trigger and so far after 1 week it is amazing. The unit has a 5.3 Cu Ft capacity which fits even my largest loads. It is very smart using AI technology. I hate AI when it comes to social media but I love it here. The system is very sleek looking. I did not have room for the base so for me it's a little low but very manageable without the base. I went back after to buy the base to raise it up 15" and I am sure I will love it even more. I just need to raise my cabinets in my laundry room. The performance is amazing. Clothes come out perfectly dry. This machine does everything...oh except fold the clothes and put them away. Don't hesitate get this machine but get the VENTED version. I hear the non-vented works but takes a lot longer to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this washer. It's much faster than our previous one, looks sleek, and is very easy to use. The controls are straightforward and user-friendly, making laundry quicker and less of a chore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love the machine. My only qualm is you need to memorize what all the profiles do. There is no manual mode or ability to override water temperatures or dryer settings. For example, "normal" mode won't allow me to select cold water and wont allow me to change dryer temp. I have to remember which setting meets this criteria. Additionally, delicate mode does not allow me to dispense detergent using the auto dispenser, which is frustrating. No ability to override.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 'm overall very happy with the new Samsung all-in-one vented washer/dryer combo. From capacity to design, this machine truly impresses. The drum is surprisingly spacious for a combo unit — I can easily fit a full load of towels or bedding without feeling cramped. The modern design looks sleek and clean in my laundry space, and the touchscreen interface makes it feel like a real upgrade from traditional machines. It's also packed with smart tech features — remote notifications, cycle tracking, and automatic settings that adjust perfectly for different fabrics. Performance-wise, it's quiet, efficient, and easy to use. Clothes come out fresh, dry, and soft every time. I love not having to transfer loads between units anymore — it really simplifies laundry day. Overall, this washer/dryer combo delivers on everything: capacity, design, technology, and functionality. Samsung nailed it with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung washer-dryer combo for a little bit now, and it's been a game-changer for my small space. Not only does it save room by combining two appliances into one, but it also simplifies laundry. I love that I only have to fill the detergent reservoir every so often. The machine senses the load size and fabric type, then dispenses just the right amount. No more guesswork or waste. If you're short on space or just want a more streamlined laundry routine, this all-in-one is a high-tech solution.

If you'll notice every bad review is the result of improper ventilation and not having the critical thinking skills to perform a hard restart when a error screen is persistent. Properly vent your units and they will dry. When encountering a software/firmware issue, unplug the maching, unplug the motherboard, wait 1-5ish mins, plug in and 95% of the time it will fix the error.
