It manages the detergent and softener levels so you save lots of money at the store. Clothes are always clean, free from stains and fresh. Since the machine dries itself, you don’t have to deal with mold, mildew and musty odors. Laundry simplifies in one compact, quiet machine. Comforters and towels easily fit and no need for multiple loads.it handles big loads with no problem. Seamless integration with my Samsung TV’s so I always know when loads are done.

Very user, friendly. Quality clean clothes every time. The AI is amazing. Also very user-friendly which cuts down on time and energy use when doing big loads and worried about capacity. The AI and machine functions are ergonomic and ADA friendly. I recommend this product as one of the best on the market today.

I wish there was more education on what you need to set it up, it was my bad for not looking into it, but I spent 2k on it and then had to buy a cord, then another 1k for an electrician to set up the plug it needed.

We were honestly surprised by how much of a difference it made compared to our old setup. The capacity is great, it handles big loads without feeling overloaded, and the clothes come out clean and fresh every time. The AI features are actually useful too, not just some gimmick. It does a great job sensing what the load needs, and it makes laundry feel a lot less like a chore. The features are really great with so many different types of cycles, it makes it easy to properly wash all our different laundry. Love the auto dispensers and anti wrinkle features. Plenty of space for large loads, lots of towels or bedding. It is sleek and saves so much space.

Also, I’ve only filled it with detergent & softener 1 time and we’ve had it 3 months. We wash at least a load every other day.

Love that it sends alerts to your phone when the cycles are done and makes laundry super simple even for teenagers who forget switch loads in between. Cycles aren’t too bad either, may take a little longer but definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the pedestal. From day one, even after having a professional come out and level it for me, it has been unstable. Thrashing around violently to the point I need to have someone come out and readjust again. That is the worse of the system. My only other complaint would be cleaning it so much. I have huskies and dog fur is a daily thing. This product doesn’t work well with dog fur. You will be cleaning your system weekly. On the plus side, I can throw in my laundry and forget about it. Once it is complete it buzzes my phone. It gives me time to throw in dryer sheets if I choose to or be lazy and let it soldier on. A normal load finish relatively fast too. From wash to dry you can expect it to be done in 120 minutes. Oh and it is dry. Next feature I love, never having to continuously put in detergent. The automated dispenser for detergent and softener is almost forgettable but your system will let you know when you need to fill it up. The system tells you everything you need to know: when to clean it, what is wrong with and how to fix it, and much more. Truly a work of art to build upon.
