Have it set up in our smart home and it integrated very well. Love the fact it also drys so you don't have to run around and do things when it turns off. One note for future buyers, if it's in a smaller laundry room like an apartment, be warned the auto opening of the door opens wide, and laundry room door may hit it; get a silicon door knob cover to prevent metal handle bashing the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swapped a separate washer and dryer pair for this vented combo and metered it. A Normal medium load ran 1:49 and used 2.9 kWh, basically identical to what my old two machines used combined, so it costs the same per load to run. The vented heating element dries fast and completely, no half-day cycles like ventless combos. Only trade-off is you cannot wash while it dries, so big laundry days take longer. For everyday loads, zero complaints. Set it, walk away, done.

And let me tell you about the capacity! I can fit at least 3 full size comforters in them! The cycle time is also so much less then I'm used to! If you can absolutely do!!

The dryer works amazing leaving clothing dry and clean. Works well on timing too the quick cycle is great for easy washes and steam sanitize for blankets and pet items. The drum for a lot I washed three pillows and still had room! It sings a pretty song when it’s complete and it connects to an app!!! The appliances dont make any noise except the songs at the end no vicious vibrations or thumping

As a working wife it’s difficult to balance home and work time and laundry is where my faults usually show. Where this unit helps is it adds the additional reminders and updates of the cycle and spreads out my supplies by allowing me to let AI add detergent and softener saving me money due to less waste. Very good variety of cycles by material and scale of dirtiness! Fast and wrinkle free clothing with even drying .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent capacity it can fit a king comforter! Seems to work well so far, it’s brand new. My only reasons not for giving it 5 stars are as follows: 1) machine weight is 400 Lbs, it thus sticks out further than depth of traditional machines and you cannot easily move it due to weight; 2) it sits low to the floor meaning you have to bend very far down to do the wash and the base is extra expense which I didn’t think I wanted and still don’t because it will make the unit too tall; 3) drying is OK, not as fast as I’d expect but so glad I did not get ventless because that would be way worse; lastly I do not want all this darn automated nonsense I just want to wash and dry, the darn computer and talking to me is not necessary and probably is the bulk of the cost. I was looking for convenience and space and longevity now I am wondering if I have to worry about firmware upgrades and software updates! Ugh. G-D please last 30 years so I don’t have to buy a new one before retirement!

I have owned this device for a little over a year and this is my review. I've been very happy with this Bespoke AI Laundry Combo overall. The 5.3 cu. ft. capacity is excellent and easily handles larger loads like bedding, towels, and everyday laundry. The machine does a great job cleaning clothes, and the AI load sensing seems to accurately adjust the cycle based on the size of the load. Wash times are efficient, drying performance has been excellent, and the venting system works exactly as expected, leaving clothes dry and ready to wear. One feature I've really come to appreciate is the automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensing. It consistently adds the right amount for each load, so I don't have to measure detergent every time I do laundry. It's convenient and has worked flawlessly for me. My only real gripe is that too many of the preset cycles are locked down. While the presets work well, I'd like much more freedom to customize them. For example, if I select the Bedding cycle, I can't always choose the water temperature or spin speed I want. What if I need to wash bedding in hot water but also want a higher spin speed? The machine simply won't let me. I think Samsung should allow users to create and save their own custom wash and dry programs or unlock more settings within the existing cycles. Overall, this machine cleans exceptionally well, dries quickly, has outstanding capacity, and the automatic detergent and softener dispensing makes laundry even easier. If Samsung adds more flexibility and customization through a future software update, this would easily become a 5-star appliance in my opinion.

Like the size and automatic dispensing of detergent and softener. Drying cycle is long and at times towels are not completely dry. Like the AI cycle. The vibration is lower than on previous model. Washer should come with more descriptive documentation regarding use of various features.
