It saves so much space, runs quietly, and the convenience of washing and drying in one machine is a game changer. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and surprisingly dry without having to switch loads. The smart features are easy to use and it looks great too. Definitely worth it!

Just Rigged up 2 of the 240v Vented Combos in our Laundry Room. On the normal cycle with a normal load of clothes we just set it and forget it (x2) and come back at our leisure to retrieve our clothes. All good and dry after about 1.5 hrs. Honey only has one complaint which is how low the front load is to the ground. She basically sits in the floor to process the clothes out of the units. We have not explored all aspects of the machine or dove deep into the Smartthings App yet but so far, We love them. Honey Loves the lint trap too. If you have the room to add the 15" tall pedestal under the unit, It will save your back. So next week we will raise our cabinets and install the pedestals. Also note that I did have to drill a 4" hole in my wall for a second vent and run another 10/2 Romex wire on a 30Amp Breaker to run this secondary unit. The Drum Size in not as big as our Samsung 5.6 cu. ft. setup that we stacked out but 5.3 cu. ft. is not much smaller. No to see if will last over 12 years like our last set.

I am a 60+ year-old, Professional executive And I have asked myself what took me so long To Get this product. It is not only convenient , It is quiet, It Has a sleek Look And We install this on our first floor to create a laundry space in our Half bathroom. This is one of the best investments I have made and many decades. Thank you Samsung for this wonderful product.

We purchased the Bespoke AI All-in One Vented washer back on 11/05/2025. This is not a paid review. Our washer/dryer is installed on our first floor and on an exterior wall where the vent to the outside is < 2 feet. Every single load our clothes come out horribly wrinkled. The wrinkles are set so deep into the fabric we have to iron them out or just deal with the fact we now look like we are tourists living out of a suitcase. Our clothes also look like they are deteriorating rapidly. In the picture you'll see my brand new Nike thermal hoodie washed for the first time. It's almost as if the fabric is literally being damaged by this washer/dryer. We have worked with support and have tried all of the following. Small loads All sorts of various cycles where we've tried lowering the spin speed, changing water temp, using delicate cycles, etc We have verified there is no blockage in the vent (you can see outside through the vent) We use both laundry detergent and softener We pull the laundry out immediately after the drying cycle ends All this triaging/troubleshooting takes time. It certainly took longer than the 14 day return window which is absurdly short and my main WARNING as to why you should NOT buy this. Samsung support is basically AI regurgitating the same steps above over and over then when you get to a human they simply continue the same. We would love to return this for a refund but can't. At this point we are contemplating giving this thing away for free! This experience with Samsung has absolutely changed our mind on buying anything Samsung ever again.

Dryer portion dead allready after 2 month.... unit errors out and pauses over and over. Error is unit heater. Pay this much money for it to die after only 2 months
