[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been very happy with this washer and dryer combo. Having both functions in one vented unit saves a lot of space without giving up capacity. It handles large loads well, washes thoroughly, and dries clothes evenly without needing another cycle. I also like being able to put a load in and have it go from washing to drying without moving everything between machines. The controls are easy to use, it runs quietly, and the AI settings take a lot of the guesswork out of choosing a cycle. Overall, it's convenient, efficient, and a great replacement for a traditional separate washer and dryer.

Both machines are incredibly quiet, with barely any noise or vibration, and their sleek design makes them look so modern and high-end. They have so many useful settings, and although I haven't tried them all yet, it's my goal! The self-clean feature is fantastic, and I use it twice a week to keep the washer fresh and clean. Even my kids enjoy doing their laundry because they love using the machines! My favorite part is how simple and convenient they are. I can add almost an entire jug of detergent to the dispenser, so I don't have to measure and pour detergent with every load. I just throw the clothes in, select the cycle, press start, and I'm done! I also love connecting the machines to my phone. The notifications let me know exactly when a load is finished, so the clothes don't sit there forgotten. These machines are quiet, powerful, stylish, and extremely convenient. They have completely changed the way my family does laundry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started with a VENTLESS all-in-one but it took forever to dry using a heat exchanger. We sold it cheap and got a VENTED all-in- one and it dries much better and much faster. This is a great unit if you have a handicap and moving wet clothing from a washer to dryer is a problem. I recommend you get the base as that elevates it about 15 inches make it easier to unload.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been a game changer for me! Because I don't need to switch a load from washer to dryer, I'm much more likely to get a full load of laundry done: washed, dried, and folded. Because the machine is so quiet and easy to use I'm seriously considering getting a second one to put in my kids' Jack and Jill. Really happy I made the leap from a previous brand to try this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer/Dryer combo seems ok overall my only concern is the vibration. I have only had the unit for about 3 weeks and when in the spin cycle it shakes pretty bad. I am worried that the vibration will cause damage to the u it overtime. I made sure the unit is level using a level and adjusting the feet but still shakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is great at washing and drying in a timely manner. I have zero complaints. We did have a repair required at 5 months to replace a wiring harness. Other than that issue it has been far superior to the LG model that I had in the past.

Having one machine handle the entire process from washing to drying is a game changer. Load the clothes, select the cycle, and come back to clean, dry laundry—no moving wet clothes from one machine to another. The vented drying performance has been excellent, and the clothes actually come out dry. The machine is quiet, easy to use, and the smart features make it simple to monitor a load without constantly checking on it. I also love the space savings. Getting full washer and dryer functionality from one appliance makes the laundry area feel much cleaner and more efficient. Samsung did a great job combining convenience, technology, and performance into one machine. If you're considering an all-in-one because you want to simplify laundry without giving up the performance of a traditional washer and dryer, I highly recommend this one. It's one of those purchases where you quickly wonder why you didn't make the switch sooner. 5 stars from me. Great technology, great performance, and incredibly convenient. No real vibration. Ai connected to ensure consistent comms on every wash. Drys very well to a crisp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is phenomenal!! I’m absolutely in love with this thing. Has a very large capacity and very efficient. I can hardly tell it’s even washing or drying, almost no vibration whatsoever. Hands down the best I’ve ever owned. I’m just over the moon with this thing, so very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely not one complaint. This vented model dries as good as any drier and now you don't have to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. Tons of customization options to ensure that you don't shrink or ruin clothes as well. And now no more having to refill the laundry detergent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it less than a week, but have run everything from clothing to sheets and towels to floor mats. Some of the heavier loads require extra dry time, but it is an absolute game changer to not have to transfer wet laundry to the dryer and then in the end of the cycle, I get a text on my phone and the door has popped open.
