This eases the need to transfer loads, and you can load a decent amount of clothes. Just load initiate wash and come back for a nice smelling fresh garments. It is so convenient to just put the clothes in and leave it without worrying about having to switch to a dryer. It is also is a lovely looking machine, and the pedestal is such a nice feature to not have to bend to put clothes in or take them out.

The height on top of the pedestal makes loading and unloading so much easier and the convenience of not having to transfer loads from one machine to another is wonderful. It holds a lot, does an excellent job washing and drying, and I like that it sends a notification to my phone after it’s completed each cycle. The touchscreen is easy to use and has some nifty features like being able to link it with Ring cameras. I would recommend this combo machine to others, especially with the pedestal. Well worth the extra money. You gain a tremendous amount of concealed storage. It makes everything tidier and easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new W/D combo. Easy to use. No need to transfer clothes after a wash. Clothes come out clean, less wrinkles but slightly damped (I don’t mind). I’m still getting used to the tech features. I will def recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical on this before buying because I was scared it wouldn’t dry completely, but it has been pretty good. You can fit alot in it so that’s good. It could do a better job getting fur off of clothes though. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so house full of fur. I’ve noticed a lot of fur is in the front rim of the door seal when I take clothes out. The lint filter brush doesn’t pull it all off when you empty it so I take my vacuum to it. I have done about 6 loads in it and it already had a software update. I do like the fact my phone alerts me when it’s done and I can add dryer sheets at the end of the wash load. I even named it Cinderella so when it says it’s complete it says Cinderella has finished the cycle.

As always, Samsung has done it again, bringing smart things to my home. It does an excellent job washing and drying, and even notifies me when the load is complete.

This is actually my second time time owning this combo as my new home buyers begged to keep the last set. The features make for a fun laundry day. Must have if you want a quiet, smoother, efficient washer and dryer set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like it cleans great. It saves a lot on electricity and water and detergent. Some things that wasn’t clear at purchase are the door cannot be reversed, this machine is 240v while the ventless is 120, machine is extra heavy, detergent bubbling feature is not explained clearly. After using I noticed that touchscreen lack’s explanations of what the different washing modes do, when using wash and dry there is no option to change spin cycle from extra high which makes the imbalance impossible to work itself out so it started the dry cycle while wet and ended with wet. Another is small towels got stuck on the walls after the extra high spin cycle and then the dry cycle didn’t work, it was partially damp. So I feel in some loads I have to adjust the load before the dry cycle starts. Oh and I don’t know what the ai does. The old upright from Samsung I bought 8 years ago had sensing .

Love all the features and technology it has. Was able to fit a decent amount of clothing in without it feeling to full. Love that I dont have to remember to move the clothes after washing.
