The all in one was a complete upgrade from what I was using before. More capacity than either my washer or dryer, and does both just as good. I love being able to just set it and forget it, no need to move laundry over until you're folding it. My favorite feature however is the auto dispensers because I'm lazy and even just that one thing helps. It also has freed up space in my garage so well.

Absolutely love this washing machine and dryer combo! It has been a life saver. I can start my wash in the morning before I go to work and everything is dried once I get home. The clothes are always fully dried. It holds a lot of clothes! It cleans the clothes excellent! And it does it super fast! It was super easy to install the vent and the washing machine Combo. Purchased this bespoke all in one combo! Not only did it save so much space by getting rid of one machine. It saves us so much time just set it and forget it cause it washes then goes into dry mode! We have saved so much money on laundry detergents no one putting full cap of it for a small load lol

It would be very helpful to have an easier way to access a product manual and learn how to use the machine. It took 45 minutes to figure this out. Once we did, it appears to be running nicely and is very quiet. This is our first combined unit. We had a laundry room redone, and we also weren't prepared for the vent to be at the top not the bottom so it sticks out further than anticipated and at an angle as a result. I do like i can monitor on the smart things app though I have yet to figure out how to turn on the remote control feature from the washer combo. Not terribly intuitive process.

My main reasons are that it holds large otems effortlessly, and drys as well as cleans in an exceptable time. I can do the laundry in one load where I do not have to take it out and put it in a dryer this is ingenious thank you Samsung . It is also very easy to clean the vent filter.

This combo has the right capacity for my household. I’m getting good washing results, but the clothes often end up more bunched up/intertwined than with my old washer, so I mostly end up separating washing and drying cycles to untangle the clothes before drying starts. Then drying results are good and consistent. I like the efficiency overall in terms of water and energy use; the total time for washing and drying is longer than with my previous separate machines, but I expected that. The machine operates quietly except when it talks to you, which is difficult to understand. I wish there were a way to identify which of the countless wash programs allow which options, such as temperature, instead of having to go through all of them and having to find out by trial and error. I also wish the front door were higher up instead of in the center!
