The washing machine not only cleans the clothes great but once it is done the clothes is not dripping with water which is great because that helps dry the clothes more efficiently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just love our new Samsung bespoke combo washer / dryer! First load and it sipped 2.4 kw of power. The machine can take a big load and is very quiet on the spin cycle. You can even watch YouTube on it and when the load was done, I was watching TV on my Samsung TV, and it came up and said the wash is finished! The motor has a 20 year warranty, And RXO installed it for us and it came out awesome! We would recommend this to any family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old machine was like a 90's commerical for bad consumerism with the Tupperware lids falling out of the cabinet - avalanche style. It knocked on the spin cycle, it was so loud it shook the whole house, no matter how many times we leveled it. Since it couldn't spin properly, the clothes would come out still dripping wet and heavy, which meant they'd have to spend AT LEAST 3 or 4 hours in the dryer. It was the most inefficient situation and I'd spend HOURS every week catching up on never ending laundry. The capacity is among the most impressive aspects of this appliance. It detects my old washers "large load" as a "medium." The performance is unmatched. I never would've expected a single unit to be able to do the job of both a washer and a dryer so effectively and efficiently. It's ability to tell me exactly what it needs is wild - the technology is insane. And it takes up half the space being an all in one unit. I was able to turn the old space into an entire closet for all my household cleaning supplies. The design makes it very compact and efficient for small spaces.

While bigger than a traditional washer or dryer, It frees up quite a bit of space from having separate washer and dryer and allows for more storage. From wash to dry takes just over 3 hours for a large load. Had an issue with it shaking too much and setting an error code, but was do to weak floor. Added some support, and now no more issues. selecting wash cycles is easy to use, as is the soap dispenser and lint trap. Love the smart features that give updates directly to my phone and on my samsung tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first set 20 years ago. I've replaced them with the exact same set The difference in technology is miles apart. I look forward to 20+ more years with the new set. Thx Samsung!! If only I could replace all my appliances I would choose Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bespoke washer and dryer vented is great. My only issues were the hose under the washer and dryer that has the detergent was leaking when i got it then the tech broke the door. So now i am wating for a new door. You cant change the way the dryer dries on small load so you have to wait for it to finish and then go down and put it on low instead of high. Which ki da defeats the purpose of having a combo. I wish there was a way to change that. So in all setting you can adjust the dryer weather low or high heat. The capacity is great i can was my king comforter in there no issues. I do a least one load of landry a day and other then that havent had any issues.

Not only that it uses sensors to to determine the detergent and water etc, leaving guesswork on AI. The app on smartphones can control it, or direct from the appliance control panel screen which is touchscreen kid of tablet. So many features, that I still need to explore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product did a full load on normal setting finished in 3 hours. The towels were a little damp ran the dryer again and it was dried. The only issue im not sure is a issue when it spins its very loud. Im hoping thats normal and not some defect. Overall great product removed my 2 washer dryer in to one saves space. The AI technology is really smart increase the time if it feels it needs more time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After connecting the washer dryer combo with the Smart App Technology, it was seamless to wash and dry a load of laundry, straight from my phone. The only intervention that was physically needed by me from beginning to end was loading the clothes - leaving me free to complete other tasks around my home. I didn't have to worry about the amount of detergent or adding fabric softener; these are all programmed and automatically released based on pre-set load settings set by me. Absolutely wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this bespoke all in one combo! Not only did it save so much space by getting rid of one machine. It saves us so much time just set it and forget it cause it washes then goes into dry mode! We have saved so much money on laundry detergents no one putting full cap of it for a small load lol
