[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a great product. You put your laundry in and take it out after you are notified by SmartThings app that laundry is done. You can just wash and don’t dry depending on what you desire. It has great capacity for an all in one washer/dryer and uses less electricity and water than regular washers/Dryers. It has built in automated cleaning after a number of cycles you select. It cleans and dries just like a regular washer and dryer but only in more efficient way.

I’ve never had an issue with it cleaning even the toughest of stains and grime. Even my Alaskan king comforter fits in this thing, and it is awesome! I love the ai setting as well! However, it’s been months and I cannot get the dang thing to connect to SmartThings! I’ve even tried to go through every step in the manual, and troubleshoot, and I cannot get it connected. There’s an AP button, but you must be connected to the WiFi to use it which makes no sense to me. It’s a bummer because I love my smart home. But we have been able to use the washer without the feature. It’s just a little upsetting.

It’s more efficient with laundry detergent and softener, and washes clothes well. Just disappointed on burnt out board so dryer wouldn’t work. The only repair person was 4 hours away. Not convenient at all.

It is so convenient to toss laundry I to the machine before work and come home to the task completely finished. On the weekends with it being a vented system it is quick enough to get all of the laundry done in one day. We have had it for 90 days and it has been a purchase with more value than we would have ever expected.

I do like using the app to track status and get push notifications when a cycle is complete. I do think the preset wash and dryer functions are not intuitive. I sometimes have a difficult time changing the water temp depending on which preset I choose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As most i think would expect, this is a machine that would very much work within an already existing Samsung ecosystem (granted I haven't tried it out with other ecosystems). However, it gets the job done which is most important at the end of the day. The capacity is quite good given i live by myself so I would recommend this machine under similar conditions.

I wish there was a more detail description as to what each wash setting does Trying to figure out which one to use is just a hit or miss. Especially for white clothes. The 5.3 capacity is great. The integration of both the washer and dryer is AWESOME and convenient. The efficiency is yet to be determined because I still don’t understand all the cycles. I wish I could customize and then save my own wash cycles. That would be great. The automation is ok. All in all it’s a keeper and as soon as I figure out how to get my whites, white I will then love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my favorite washer/dryer ever. It is so easy to use, all I have to do is fill the reservoirs, pick which clean cycle I want, and go! I understand some people might want to run two loads at once, but the capacity on this all in one is actually huge, and it cleans all my laundry so well. I can start it, go do other chores, and not have to worry about flipping laundry! Definitely recommend this.
