Thinking about getting another to run two loads at one time eventually. For now, one unit is working great for our family of 3.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is great it cleans fast, however when it comes to drying I usually have to set it on more dry because if I leave it on AI mode or normal the clothes still come out a little damp. 4 stars because after 2 weeks of using it the auto door open feature quit working. The motor tries to open the door but fails, once opened and closed manually I try to start a load it then opens then door and won't let me start. I had to turn off the feature to get the washer to run normally. A part shouldn't fail on a device this new.

Dryer portion dead allready after 2 month.... unit errors out and pauses over and over. Error is unit heater. Pay this much money for it to die after only 2 months

This is the worst investment we have ever made. It is so loud it literally sounds like a helicopter taking off! It also takes on average five attempts to start it!! It automatically goes in to HOLD mode when you are turning it on and is not easy to get out of this mode. Super annoying and not user friendly

A Normal medium load ran 1:49 and used 2.9 kWh, basically identical to what my old two machines used combined, so it costs the same per load to run. The vented heating element dries fast and completely, no half-day cycles like ventless combos. Only trade-off is you cannot wash while it dries, so big laundry days take longer. For everyday loads, zero complaints. Set it, walk away, done.

I especially love the ability to connect to WiFi to let me know when the cycles are done . I appreciate the self clean option on the washer as well. I highly recommend this set for those wanting a price friendly and easy to use washer and dryer

They are larger and require less time to wash and dry and two washers and a dryer . I love the fact that all my clothes come out completely clean and dry thoroughly the consistency is very good . I love how sharp and fresh smelling my towels and sheets are they come out crisp and clean . There is no vibration it's so quiet that I can even leave my laundry room open And watch a movie .

While they still don't match a separate set in terms of peak throughput, and there are inherent reliability concerns with such a new product (across all brands), they will work well for a lot of people.
