This machine requires a lot of maintenance. There is a setting for product care that has 3 modes. Drum cleaning, self dry, and clean heater exchange. Filter also prompt for cleaning after every use, the most annoying thing is the drain filter needs to be cleaned out very often. And to clean it, you have to drain the reservoir. Which takes quite some time, and the drain tube is not even 6 inches long. Once you drain the reservoir, you take the ill fitted filter out and the drain hole is so small, cant even clean it out! After all that work, it still isnt enough. It still prompts you to clean the filter...way in the back where you cannot even reach. The prompt message then says to turn it off for 3 minutes and to try again...only to have to start the whole 3 hr process again...and for it to fail again with the same problem. So frustrating and annoying. Better off hand washing and air drying!

Many cycles to select from based on the type of load and load capacity. Prompt notifications for on cycle completion. Only improvement needed is reducing the sound when cycle is in progress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been a game changer for me! Because I don't need to switch a load from washer to dryer, I'm much more likely to get a full load of laundry done: washed, dried, and folded. Because the machine is so quiet and easy to use I'm seriously considering getting a second one to put in my kids' Jack and Jill. Really happy I made the leap from a previous brand to try this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for two weeks now, and I do like the ease of not having to change from the washer to the dryer. I like the smart function capabilities that it notifies me on my phone when washing gets complete and when the cycle is complete, it does shake a little bit when washing towels or bedding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot say enough about this machine. Our clothes come out cleaner than ever before, there is no forgetting to put them in the dryer, no rewashing, and the settings make so much sense. Perfect for busy life, teenagers, etc. efficiency is top notch and it has already saved us so much on our power, water, and laundry detergent cost. Pop your clothes, or bedding, etc. into the drum, press two buttons and receive an alert when they are done! Laundry smells amazing, stains are gone, it's amazing! Denim can be a slight challenge with wrinkling, we haven't figured that out just yet, but it's not every time, and we just steam or iron those. Our only issues we have had are with understanding the different cycles and with the door opening orientation. An owners manual did not come with the machine, and the QR code takes you to a completely different product. The door opens from right to left and our laundry room would work better with the opposite so we have not quite been able to experience the full extent of the space saving aspect of a two in one, as we have it “caddy cornered” in the area now. We have had this machine almost a year now, and I doubt we will ever go back to a two machine system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it less than a week, but have run everything from clothing to sheets and towels to floor mats. Some of the heavier loads require extra dry time, but it is an absolute game changer to not have to transfer wet laundry to the dryer and then in the end of the cycle, I get a text on my phone and the door has popped open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being able to remote control this unit is awesome. I can load it up, go shopping. Check my Tesla app to see how much solar I'm getting and when the solar is adequate, I can start it remotely to time it to end at a specific time just when I get home. Heavy unit but there is no vibration at all, very quiet. Seems to hold several months worth of detergent and softener. The only thing it doesn't automate is the insertion of dryer sheets. You have to set the storage bins to what is actually being used, default has both bins set to detergent. You can set detergent concentration as well 1x, 2x etc. Uses SmartThings app on your phone to monitor, make changes etc. One thing I'm not sure about is getting the notification that the cycle completed, I didn't get one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ★★★★★ I absolutely love my Bespoke AI All-in-One Washer and Dryer! It makes life so much easier for our busy family because I no longer have to remember to move clothes from the washer to the dryer. The automatic detergent and fabric softener dispensers are also wonderful. I can trust my teenager to wash his own laundry without worrying that he'll use too much or too little. It's convenient, easy to use, and a huge time-saver for a family on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is 10/10! Washes and dries all in one. So many settings to adjust how you want the clothes taken care of. No more having to pull out your detergent and softener every time since it holds them and dispenses with each load.
