It has been preforming well for the duration that we have possessed it. The capacity is standard, but no complaints. And the technology functions well enough - not particularly outstanding, but it works.

As always, Samsung has done it again, bringing smart things to my home. It does an excellent job washing and drying, and even notifies me when the load is complete.

Intuitive to operate, terrific lint screen that swipes itself clean when you empty it, love the programmed start or stop time feature, the phone/watch notification when load is done, brightly lit interior, comfortable height with optional fabulous storage drawer base, and the clothes come out SO clean, soft and fresh smelling! Many, many more great features in this unit. Really, really happy with our purchase and has changed how our household feels about doing laundry.

Having wash and dry in one cycle has stopped the problem of somebody leaving their clothes in the washer, tying the machine up for the next person. I appreciate the space savings, and the machine is extremely quiet. So far, seems to wash and dry very well. Large selection of wash cycles. Currently using up Tide pods and will try the automatic dispensers next. I also put it on the pedestal, appreciate the storage and the height makes it easy to access clothes in the back of the drum without bending over. Everything about this combo is designed to improve convenience and ease of use.

We through the horse riding clothes and the days laundry in when we get home and by morning we have clean clothes to put on again for the next day. It prevents us from having to stay up later to switch the load over to the dryer and we can put the next load in before we leave the next morning... the combo works excellent and the AI modes for stains hasnt let us down. I have added Laundry Beads and started using again Fabric Softener. I love the AI component. My question to Samsung would be, what about the dryer sheets? POINT OF REFERENCE: Please be sure that your installer removes all of the shipping bones. ALL IN ALL, I’m happy with this purchase.
