Great product so far. The size capacity is good and the drying works better than I thought it would. Larger loads can be lengthy it seems but the venting does help.

Note that it is massive so make sure you have space for them. Absolutely beautiful set and I love it. Having two kids equal laundry every other day and this machine is a savior. Washes comforters and a big load.

I’m so glad that we made the switch, Especially with a new little one, and all the added laundry that comes with it. The auto dispensing detergent is a great feature. The customizable cycles make it easy. We love it.

I am so excited about how well this works! I have washed 2 loads so far and love the fact you toss in laundry and take it out and it is done! It works very well!

Compressor died on the unit and getting 10 year warranty honored is an absolute joke. Nothing worse than having to find a laundromat to go to because the incredibly expensive washer you own breaks and Samsung drags their feet to provide a solution. Steer clear

There are some random cycles it appears that either the load is too small or too large and items stick to the drum during the drying cycle which causes them to wrinkle. The lint filter is tedious to clear. Overall, though, the system works well, uses a reasonable amount of time.
