My clothes are cleaner, I don't have to remember to move from washer to dryer, and drying is sufficient after a small adjustment to dryness level. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this washer dryer combo for three days so far is excellent, washes very well. It dries very well. It’s beautiful. Give it a five star so far. Not completely quiet but not bothersome, I have a small ranch all open so it’s hard to be completely silent. I will say the dryer is pretty quiet and it’s beautiful. I have the black with the brushed bronze edging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love the machine. My only qualm is you need to memorize what all the profiles do. There is no manual mode or ability to override water temperatures or dryer settings. For example, "normal" mode won't allow me to select cold water and wont allow me to change dryer temp. I have to remember which setting meets this criteria. Additionally, delicate mode does not allow me to dispense detergent using the auto dispenser, which is frustrating. No ability to override.

And the SmartThings app. On the washing front, it automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent and fabric softener, and holds about 40 loads worth of each. So using it is pretty much toss clothes in, start it and walk away. Cleaning the lint filter is slightly more tedious than most dryers, but terrible.

I looked at the reviews that had a large population of reviews and saw it had a 4.5 on that site. So I pulled the trigger and so far after 1 week it is amazing. The unit has a 5.3 Cu Ft capacity which fits even my largest loads. It is very smart using AI technology. I hate AI when it comes to social media but I love it here. The system is very sleek looking. I did not have room for the base so for me it's a little low but very manageable without the base. I went back after to buy the base to raise it up 15" and I am sure I will love it even more. I just need to raise my cabinets in my laundry room. The performance is amazing. Clothes come out perfectly dry. This machine does everything...oh except fold the clothes and put them away. Don't hesitate get this machine but get the VENTED version. I hear the non-vented works but takes a lot longer to dry.

The best part of the washer is that I don't have to add detergent or softener every time I wash, it dispenses it self WOW. Plus I have more room in my laundry room.
