[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the Bespoke AI machine. It has made doing our laundry so much easier and we can know exactly when the cycles are done thanks to the smart things app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how I can control it from my phone and see how much energy it uses! I also love that it’s an all-in-one, so I don’t have to worry about coming back home just to move my clothes to the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The automation is excellent, cleaning performance is impressive, cycles are versatile, capacity is spacious, and efficiency saves both time and energy. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has annoying safety features. You cannot open door while drying because "it's hot." You cannot keep it in the remote mode it kicks it off every time you open the door .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does the job, hope it’s reliable, little worried about what happens if the AI fails, and keeping an eye on mold. Seems to operate okay so far though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is good but if we load full capacity the washer is moving and it takes longer time to wash and dry for full load capacity around more than 3hours. Cleaning and automation is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer and washer combo clean and maintain our clothes well. They’re always dry with one cycle. The vent operates well and there’s plenty of capacity for all our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good to have thus of machine where yiu dont need to remember that you have fetch your cloths out on time and put those in dryer.
