Put the load in and in about 2 hours the clothes are done. The notifications on the phone are nice too. You can even pull up music or a youtube video on the console.

I like that it has an impressive 5.3 cu. ft. load capacity, which can easily handle large loads for my family The unit has a wide range of different cycle for wash and dry. I will be testing it more, but the Eco and Super Speed cycle are great, but we can get the laundry completed within 98 minutes. A standout feature for this Bespoke All-in-One Laundry combo is the auto-dispense detergent system. Which loads enough laundry detergent for up to 47 loads. It also has a second dispense for softener or for another detergent load, providing additional 47 loads, resulting in detergent coverage for 30+ days, depending on usage. The machine has a sleek and modern design. The OS is Samsung proprietary android-based operating system. The layout is clean, responsive, and accessible for all household members, regardless of tech experience. You can even watch YouTube on the 7-inch display. The Samsung Smart Things integration is nice and provides remote monitoring and control of the system The only downside is the estimated time remaining on each cycle, which has been off by 20 to 45 minutes every single time. Which can be very frustrating. Overall, the Samsung Bespoke All-in-One delivers great capacity, performance, and enough smart features, all within one single unit. I believe the unit is ideal for anyone who wants to place the laundry in and forgot about it. The advanced features of technology, smart automation, and functionality make this a standout. I had my reservations, but the unit has changed my mind.

WARNING. This product WILL NOT connect to the internet if your service provider uses Ipv6 or 5g (the current standard). After hours on the phone and video calls with samsung tech support they basically said "oh well, sorry about you luck". No solution, no resolution, I would have been content with not using the smart features and give me a small rebate. It will definitely effect my buying decisions knowing that samsung product is a gamble. Why would they design a device that isn't compatible with current internet protocol? Beats me, but I'm not only disappointed, I'm pretty amazed. Also they told me they don't have a customer service team, so there's that.

However, some drying times have taken longer than usual and have had damp clothes after drying on more than one occasion. Clothes also seem to be more wrinkly than with previous system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ran my first medium load of colors. Panel is great. Clean and easy to use. It was nice not having to transfer clothing. However, in this load was two towels. They were still damp after the normal setting cycle. Put it on timed dry dor 20 minutes. I decided to check on it after ten minutes and paused the machine. I waited, and waited and waited some more for the door to unlock just to check it. They were done. Stopped the timed dry. Overall, I am still excited about the machine, but I am definitely going to have to adjust the way I do laundry.

My clothes are cleaner, I don't have to remember to move from washer to dryer, and drying is sufficient after a small adjustment to dryness level. The level of customization to wash/dry cycles is very useful. Deliver was timely and the driver was very friendly and helpful. He had things set up in no time.

I could feel the heat in the dryer and it quickly dried my towels in the first load I tried. The learning process for digital took time but I am in my late 80’s so that was understandable. Haha

The first pair lasted 10+ years so when we went to purchase again we knew we wanted either same or similar. The set we just purchased is the updated version. It does have WiFi controls that are new and pretty neat.
