[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely blown away by this 5.3 cu ft. Bespoke AI Vented Laundry Combo! I managed to do 5 loads of laundry in just 24 hours, and it has handled everything beautifully. Its massive capacity allows me to wash huge loads with ease, while the smart automation and efficiency take all the guesswork out of the cycle settings. The integration with the SmartThings app makes tracking progress effortless, and the cleaning performance is top-notch—everything comes out spotless, fresh, and perfectly dry. This appliance is an absolute game-changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The touch screen can be a bit laggy but overall we have enjoyed it. Washes and dries better than I expected honestly. Lots of features. We have a vented and ventless next to each other. Worth it to have both

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bespoke washer/dryer combo has been a lifesaver for our family of four. With two teens, laundry piles up fast! It handles large loads beautifully, saves time with the all-in-one design, and delivers excellent results every cycle. Quiet, efficient, and perfect for busy households.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love everything about it except for the capacity. It's supposed to be able to hold a lot of laundry and when we put more than seven towels and it jumps around. I love the fact that I can put laundry in and the AI cycle will do everything for me until it's done drying. I also love the fact that it auto calculates how much laundry soap and softener it needs. The large capacity liquid holders are terrific so I only have to fill it every month.

Terrible customer service. I have waited three separate days and removed the doorway into my house twice waiting for an installation team who never shows up. Multiple calls to the Sam's helpdesk have been unproductive. Their local delivery partner rxi is a disaster. They have no showed two different delivery dates. They hauled away my old washer and dryer without getting the new one in place. Would give zero stars if I could. Run the other way and find a better place to buy your washing machine. I have no idea if the machine itself is good or bad as I've been waiting more than a month to have it actually installed…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to do a little bit of reading To completely understand the machine. Overall it's pretty good. You have to make adjustments to it. Bought it for one of our short term rentals however we're gonna switch it out Because functionally it doesn't work out the way we wanted. But for a single or two person household. It is great Love the fact that it's automated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm hard to please and doubted but I got this for my anniversary and I can never go back to a separate washer and dryer!!! It's just so efficient and fast and worth every penny! It also has a large capacity drum that even fits our king sized comforter. The automation takes all of the thinking out of it too. I'll be honest I've had this washer for a while now, half a year expecting there to be something I won't like but no everything has been smooth sailing. It does however take some getting used to and messing with the settings. The app is a must. And not because you need it every time but because it lets you perfect the washes. For example we were just running everything on auto mode at first and sometimes jeans would be a little damp in places. Not horribly damp just one day folded and it would be fine but We also didn't want to run it on “more dry” because we do want to save energy so we eventually integrated it with the app and were able to choose a level 4 dryness. So the display gives you 3 drying options (1-3 lvls) eco, normal, and more dry and the app gives you 5 so more precise. So 4 was the sweet spot for us. Dry enough for immediate use even on towels and jeans but just before fully bone dry. However if saving energy isn't important to you just use “more dry” It will still stop automatically once it's perfectly dry so you don't need to worry about over drying things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking combo set, smart thing app is easy to use but wished there was a feature to remote start delayed without setting a time limit. Want it to start after midnight and complete drying when it's dried and not by the minutes I set it too. Overall, no issue so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a back saver. I hate transferring my load and it prevents all mildew if you somehow forgot to transfer the load from washer and dryer. It also saves a tom of space so I was able to make a cleaning nook which originally I didn't have the space for. This is my second of these machines, and if I ever move again I'd be buying a 3rd. I also love they have vented option but previously I had ventless which was perfect for my small condo too
