[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is able to hold a lot of clothes which I am especially appreciative of. One thing that bothers me is the LONG song at the end of a wash or dry. If that doesn’t bother you, you should be good. I’ve tried to figure out a way to turn off the chime and still can’t find a way. The washer and dryer is high tech with many options available for wash and dry. Drying large stuffy blankets can be a challenge as with any dryer. Aside from that, my clothes come out smelling nice and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your floor is not concrete then expect to have issues. This machine rocks a ton when the spin speed is high and it will then throw an error. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As far as having remote control the app is extremely hard to get setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the all in one a little over a month ago and so far so good it’s been great. We went with the vented version because of the potential for a loger lifespan a less maintenance. Love being able to to almost set and forget. It will take some routine adjustments if you like to hang dry certain clothes since you aren’t swapping clothes out. But overall hasn’t been an issue. Haven’t had any issues with drying. There were a few things that didn’t get quite dry, but our other dryer sometimes didn’t dry everything as well. Probably one of the downsides to the sensor drying. Overall extremely pleased with the purchase. The only con I can think of is the weight. Our laundry room is upstairs and the two guys delivering it struggled. Not sure what I’ll do if we ever move.

You’ve gotta go through all the bells and whistles. It’s definitely peaked our interest and it’s taking doing laundry to the next level for sure.

I love not having to switch clothes between a separate washer and dryer. The status and notifications in the Smart Things app are a big help with checking remaining cycle time and completion. I did not expect to like the detergent flex auto dispensers as much as I do, but the convenience of not measuring out detergent for each load is tremendous. I am quite happy with the purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works really well except "eco" When the eco light is on, the dryer is in eco mode and does not dry the clothes. You have to turn the setting off before you start this. They should get rid of this mode. I have many of these dryers. After you turn off the eco mode several times it seems to learn and stay off. I wish they would get rid of this automated mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall love the machine. My only qualm is you need to memorize what all the profiles do. There is no manual mode or ability to override water temperatures or dryer settings. For example, "normal" mode won't allow me to select cold water and wont allow me to change dryer temp. I have to remember which setting meets this criteria. Additionally, delicate mode does not allow me to dispense detergent using the auto dispenser, which is frustrating. No ability to override.

The design is fantastic. For seniors who have trouble lifting and moving things, this is very much appreciated as we get much older and want to stay in our homes and take care of ourselves.

The best part of the washer is that I don't have to add detergent or softener every time I wash, it dispenses it self WOW. Plus I have more room in my laundry room.
