[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on the ventless combo from Samsung, after much research. I originally had separate appliances. I wanted to try the combo to free up space in my laundry room. It's very efficient , I love the prefilled dispensers, The app is handy when I have delicates that I want to air dry. I choose vented since I have a vent, so the hot air can be released outside . Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I ordered the pedestal for storage also .

Love that it sends alerts to your phone when the cycles are done and makes laundry super simple even for teenagers who forget switch loads in between. Cycles aren't too bad either, may take a little longer but definitely worth it.

It can sense the load and adjust the cycle accordingly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the combo. It have a lot of great features. And not so great features. Love that I can control from my phone. But hate you have to keep turning on everytime. Love the fast washing. But hate the spin cycle shakes the whole house. It's big enough to wash a king size bedding. Each feature is something to love or fight. But overall great product

I was so hopeful about this purchase. What a space saver. We are barely a year out from purchase, and it is a disaster. This appliance requires so much maintenance; it is truly mind boggling. If you do a lot of laundry, if you have pets, 10/10 do not recommend this machine. After a year, I am required to clean out the filter every two weeks. I am not sure why as I clean the lint filter daily. There is a tube that is supposed to drain the water to a "bowl" or "bucket". That is false, it spills all over the floor. Sadly, I am stuck with this machine for the foreseeable future. Besides the maintenance, this machine dries clothes terribly. Once upon a time you threw pants in the dryer to get the wrinkles out, not with this one! It barely dries, taking more then one cycle. It truly is a huge mistake to purchase. Save your money.

Wi-Fi function is very convenient and handy as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with my Samsung washer/dryer combo—quiet, efficient, and a huge space saver. Clothes come out clean, fresh, and dry without hassle. Great features, sleek design, and easy to use. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good product I recommend it very much only I do not like one thing and that is q is too good for its price hahaha Thanks to Samsung for remaining at the top with its AI and its very good functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this combo set. We went with the vented so the clothes will dry better. I haven't had to dry a load a second yet! Also, I've only filled it with detergent & softener 1 time and we've had it 3 months. We wash at least a load every other day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love not only the complex dark look of the device, but the feature-richness. This unit is absolutely exciting to fiddle with. The fact it washes and drys is pure convenience and helps save on space. If you have the standard washer and dryer hookups, and if hot/cold hookups are no copper-based, then get one. Get rid of youe old washer and dryer and enjoy the space you just gained. Washing is incredible. Drying is exactly as described. Efficiency will help your energy bill remain low. The drum is massive.
