[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient for the user because you don't need to change between the washer and the dryer and the cycles are really fast. The cleaning quality is very good. The removal of all the linen is very easy. The fact that you can control it via Wi-Fi is very convenient as well. The load capacity is enormous so you can put the entire bed sheets and covers in one load. Great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot stress enough how amazing my new washer is. I absolutely love everything about it. There's nothing that this washer cannot do. It has awesome performance and the load capacity is remarkable. It's so efficient and the automation of the washer is A1.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a washer dryer combo for years and finally treated myself as a present after my divorce! Samsung has nailed it! Having a laundry room in the basement, the most exciting feature for me is the notification when my laundry is done! It helps me consistently stick to my schedule. The other feature that I love is the capacity. With five pups, I have lots of bulky laundry which is no problem for my Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a really problem of leaving clothes inside the washer and forgetting to put in the dryer, which led to mildew smelling clothes. This washer completely removed that issue. Also, the drum stays cleaner because water doesn't just sit after a cycle. It's really simple to use even with all the options. I plan to get a second one installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient machine, we love not having to switch the laundry over from washer to the dryer. No more forgotten wet clothes. I like the multiple cycle options, we use normal, bedding, and towels the most. It also has an option for a small quick load. The drum size is pretty large, it holds quite a bit of clotges, which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hesitant to try an all in one, but since it's now just my wife and myself we decided to give it a shot after seeing favorable reviews and teardowns on YouTube. Installation for the vented unit was very straightforward, nothing out of the ordinary for a similar separate washer/dryer. We've been using it for 2 months now, and we're very happy. The quality of the wash has been good, along with all the washing options. Drying is fast, and overall a wash and dry is faster than expected. It's great to put a load of laundry in and then it's dry and ready to put away. No more forgetting to transfer from the washer to the dryer. My only complaint was using the pedestal with this unit, initially it wouldn't spin due to shaking and unbalanced load. I repeatedly ensured it was perfectly level using a 4ft level so that wasn't the problem. What ended up solving the shaking issue was putting weights into the pedestal along with shock absorbers between the washer and pedestal. The shock absorbers alone didn't work. Having weights in the pedestal defeats the purpose of the storage drawer, but raising the washer up was the ultimate goal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laundry machine works very well and is easy to use. The clothes come out clean and fresh every time. It is not too noisy and has good washing settings for different types of clothes. I also like that it saves time and has enough space for many items. Overall, it is a very practical and reliable machine for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how clean my clothes come out every time. I also love the self cleaning feature. I save money on energy and water with its high efficiency and the capacity can't be beat! I also love that I can run it with my phone so no more wasted trips to the laundry room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is a game changer! You know when my wife said that she wanted to get an all-in-one. I was really skeptical about it. But this thing is incredible. I have a lot of electronics in my house and I will say that this thing is probably my favorite thing in the house.

I am completely angry with lack of information regarding the delivery and installation of my recent purchase of this washer dryer combo. I made the purchase on July third, and the website said it would be delivered on the 16th. I did not receive it until the 26th. The driver then tells me that they were not installing and that I would need to call to have someone come out to install. When I called, I was told that I have to wait another 2 days until I can even get an appointment set for installation. There is no telling how much longer I will be waiting until they decide to get this installed. Almost a month now and all I have is a large machine sitting in my house that can't be used. Very disappointed in Sams.
