[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the pedestal. From day one, even after having a professional come out and level it for me, it has been unstable. Thrashing around violently to the point I need to have someone come out and readjust again. That is the worse of the system. My only other complaint would be cleaning it so much. I have huskies and dog fur is a daily thing. This product doesn't work well with dog fur. You will be cleaning your system weekly. On the plus side, I can throw in my laundry and forget about it. Once it is complete it buzzes my phone. It gives me time to throw in dryer sheets if I choose to or be lazy and let it soldier on. A normal load finish relatively fast too. From wash to dry you can expect it to be done in 120 minutes. Oh and it is dry. Next feature I love, never having to continuously put in detergent. The automated dispenser for detergent and softener is almost forgettable but your system will let you know when you need to fill it up. The system tells you everything you need to know: when to clean it, what is wrong with and how to fix it, and much more. Truly a work of art to build upon.

No dewrinkle or steam dewrinkle? Im going to keep this as one stars until they update this. That's a feature that was on my dryers from a decade ago. I have the vented combo and even it doesn't? I can understand the ventless more but that a shame. Also the way that the vent hole is at the top allows for way more hair to get trapped in the drum instead of ejected to the vent filter.

Ive had this washer/dryer for close to a year now and still love it. It saves me time needing to move clothes after the wash cycle and the clothes are dry when its done. I also love that the door auto opens when done completly removing any mildew smells. We love how easy it is to maintain and the fact we can go down when its done and clothes are washed and dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is AWESOME! Love that I don't have to switch loads, and that the door opens itself when it's done. Although it might really, really suck if it breaks because I imagine that's not a cheap nor easy fix, but thats a problem for another day. When it's working as intended it saves you quite a bit of time. Oh and having the soap auto dispense is a great touch too!

I wanted to try the combo to free up space in my laundry room. It's very efficient , I love the prefilled dispensers, The app is handy when I have delicates that I want to air dry. I choose vented since I have a vent, so the hot air can be released outside . Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I ordered the pedestal for storage also .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the machine!! It has been very simple to use and walks you through each new step that you use on the screen with step by step instructions. Love that it sends alerts to your phone when the cycles are done and makes laundry super simple even for teenagers who forget switch loads in between. Cycles aren't too bad either, may take a little longer but definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Edcellent machines and with 2 young kids and active lifestyle (sports and biking) we use the laundry every other day, with practical AI features like auto sense and fast wash its a breeze and it adjusts well to the type of garments put in the machine. It can sense the load and adjust the cycle accordingly.

But hate you have to keep turning on everytime. Love the fast washing. But hate the spin cycle shakes the whole house. It's big enough to wash a king size bedding. Each feature is something to love or fight. But overall great product

I was so hopeful about this purchase. What a space saver. We are barely a year out from purchase, and it is a disaster. This appliance requires so much maintenance; it is truly mind boggling. If you do a lot of laundry, if you have pets, 10/10 do not recommend this machine. After a year, I am required to clean out the filter every two weeks. I am not sure why as I clean the lint filter daily. There is a tube that is supposed to drain the water to a "bowl" or "bucket". That is false, it spills all over the floor. Sadly, I am stuck with this machine for the foreseeable future. Besides the maintenance, this machine dries clothes terribly. Once upon a time you threw pants in the dryer to get the wrinkles out, not with this one! It barely dries, taking more then one cycle. It truly is a huge mistake to purchase. Save your money.
