Really enjoy it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how I can get alerted when the load is done. Or manage from my phone. And the dual option has been awesome cuz I always forgot to switch to the dryer. It also seems like it will keep mildew ou of the washer with the dual drying

Investigate the 1 star reviews posted!!!

If you'll notice every bad review is the result of improper ventilation and not having the critical thinking skills to perform a hard restart when a error screen is persistent. Properly vent your units and they will dry. When encountering a software/firmware issue, unplug the maching, unplug the motherboard, wait 1-5ish mins, plug in and 95% of the time it will fix the error.
